Max was amazing! He thoroughly went through the entire house with us before and after he cleaned! He and Ivory were so polite and we will be requesting them in the future!

Thorough and quick
I guess my expectation were high after listening to the many commercials. But I was a little disappointed.
The service is great.
Davis was a total pleasure to have service our home. He put me right at ease to moment I opened my front door. He's genuinely friendly and loves what he does. :)
Clean carpets that stand the test of time. Employees are always courteous, helpful, and on time.
Pricing is not "up front". When booking an appointment, there was never a mention of a BLACKLIGHT inspection that may cost an extra $300. We suggest being honest when booking an appointment with a customer.
If it weren't for the service we got from Dean, we would have just cancelled on the spot.
The whole process was top notch. The spot cleaner and carpet prep really seemed to work well. The technician was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. The carpet looked wonderful after the cleaning.

There is no after mess...so to speak.
We had to have someone from the company come back and redo some of the work. That being said, Thomas went above and beyond and our carpets have never looked better. When he finished we were talking and my puppy had a terrible accident on an area that Thonas had just cleaned! He would not let me clean it and he did a great job with it - I was so embarrassed but so glad that he offered to clean it up. We have never been able to remove furniture stains and they are still there.
Replacement of carpeting seems to be the only answer. Thanks for trying. Otherwise, the carpets look great.

I felt like it was the ol' bait and switch routine. After hearing about Zerorez on the radio and then the 99 dollar offer for 4 rooms, I decided to try your company. I explained that it was only 2 rooms but they were large rooms and we would have all the furniture moved that we wanted moved. My carpet is only 1 year old and a very high end brand. While talking with a scheduler she informs me that there is a 10 dollar "fuel" fee. OK, so right away it's not 99 dollars but I go with it and agree. When the cleaner gets here and he was on time and very nice and professional looking, he says I want to warn you that after I clean your carpet and if you were to spill on it you will not be able to get the stain out because this cleaning will strip away any stain protection that is on there especially since this is the 1st time you are having it cleaned. I wouldn't want you to be upset so I want to make sure you understand this.....really??? So I reply that yes, I'd be very upset that after cleaning I'd never be able to spill anything again! Then here comes the ol' bait and switch routine....for 45 dollars a room more which would be another 90 dollars now making my 99 dollar deal a 200 dollar deal. I was flabbergasted. My house was ready, with all the furniture moved and now I'm stuck with DOUBLE the price I thought it would be. I tell the cleaner that this is not acceptable. He asked if the scheduler told me about the stain protection situation and no they did not..He says he will call his office to try to get me a better price. He comes back in with a 60 dollar protection spray deal. I counter offer with 50 dollars and so with tax my 99 dollar "deal" ended up as $162.00.
I hope this difference in price didn't come out of the cleaner's pay. I do not in any way blame him, he cleaned the carpet and I'm satisfied with his service. I called my carpet company and find out that the stain protection is within the fibers and can not be destroyed by cleaning. Shame on me for not knowing that until it's too late but shame on you for assuming all carpet is the same.
To summarize, I'll never use Zerorez again nor will I ever recommend you to anyone and will tell anyone who will listen about my experience. So yes, the cleaning was good but that's not all that makes a company good. Try being upfront with the first call!

I have a small 1300 sq. ft. house. Three bedrooms, hall and living room. The traffic areas which are accessible for cleaning amount to very little. I suspect the man did the best he could with what he had to work with but I think it cost me way too much.
Professional service, superior cleaning to other services I have tried, and the carpet feels clean when finished - not crusty.
The phone center to make an appointment was less than helpful. It appeared to me that I was an inconvenience to the person taking my order. I have used zerorez before and happy with the cleaning outcome but if I made my decision based on the ordering experience I wouldn't call back.
We have used Zerorez exclusively for at least 8 years. I LOVE that the spots they clean and remove never come back...unlike the other carpet cleaning companies we have used in the past. Also, Zerorez can remove pet odor and stains that never return. Finally, they have the BEST technicians! Our favorite is Joseph, whom we have been using exclusively for two years now. We have recommended Zerorez to all our family and friends.
