What could we do to improve?

We still need for someone to come and work on a couple spots. We would like for someone to come back out on the morning of 8/1. Can you please schedule or do I need to call and schedule? Please advise.

What could we do to improve?

My carpets look great! Cody is very professional. The only reason I might hesitate is due to the way you all advertise your 3 room for $99.00. I would feel compelled to let them know if their carpet is in good condition that would be the case, however, if you have stains, you would need to anticipate spending significantly more.

When it was 30 minutes before my service window was over I called to find out when my technician would be coming. Was told that there was a problem with a hose on the truck. Expressed my disappointment that no one had called to give me an update.

I had been waiting since 1130am for my cleaning. It was a busy day for me and had to take my sister to the airport. The technician finally came. I was surprised that it was only one person. Just had my house repainted..walls and baseboards. It would be hard for one person to maneuver the hoses without hitting my walls and baseboards. He said he had wall guards but they were colored and my walls and baseboards are white.

Fortunately another guy showed up with a hose. We asked if he could stay and help since they were behind schedule and we needed to get to the airport. He was a nice guy and stayed to help. The technician was a nice guy too.Very polite and took the time to explain what he was doing when working on the spots on the carpet.

They did a good job and got up all of the spots and some paint. I did discover that in the master bedroom there were a couple of small spots on the carpet that didn't come up but did not notice them because the bed was left in the middle of the floor.

They were great, I was very dispointed with the lack of communication when things were behind schedule. The courteous thing to do is to contact your customers with updates. We are busy and may have other things planned for the day besides carpet cleaning.

Joe Martin did an excellent job. However, I was very shocked to see on my invoice when I looked at my email that $10 had been added for "009 Fuel Charge." I was never told about this extra upcharge when I booked the service nor was I told by Joe when he charged my credit card. I, therefore, want this charge credited back to my credit card. Adding charges to invoices that are not told to the customer is a VERY BAD business practice!!!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Service by Darwin was very good and friendly. We opted for the pet protection for all rooms at an additional charge. Within 3 hours we began to see stains reappearing. We were told this wouldn't happen because we got the stain remover and protection.
I really hope they come back and get the stains out.

I appreciate the courteous technicians and the excellent customer service the Zerorez team always provides. But the main reason I consistently use Zerorez products and services is because the cleaning solutions and methods seem to be the most effective and safest for my home and family.
