I was under the impression that furniture would be moved to clean, not just where people walk. Little things like a bag were not even picked up to clean under.
The carpets aren't stiff after the cleaning.
No fingerprints on granite counter tops after sealing process.
The soil on the carpet in the traffic areas did not come up. There are some dark place that look like grease on the carpet now that weren't there when they came out to clean the carpet. The carpet is only about a year old and it is soil and stain resistant carpet so the soil should have come up. There is was only lightly soiled but there was not an improvement in it. A supervising technician is coming out again on Saturday and my hope is that after that visit I can improve your rating.
I've had other companies clean my carpet and it still looked dirty afterward. A Zerorez cleaning is visibly different from the other companies. I'll never go back.

Roy was very professional and explained everything he was doing. The pet spots are now gone as well as the odor. The grout that I could not get clean from the previous owner is now as bright as the day it was installed. I am very happy with Zerorez.

Communicate with your customer and return a phone call when your rep says they will call you back. I had my carpets cleaned and Randy took my drapes to be cleaned. He said that he would return the drapes by Thursday or Friday, so I rearranged my schedule. When he didn't call, I contacted your office after the weekend. The rep who answered the phone said they would contact Randy and call me back by 7:00 pm that evening. I never received a call and had to call your office again the next day to find out when your company would deliver my drapes. I was happy with the carpet cleaning but disappointed with the lack of communication on the service of cleaning my drapes. That was a very expensive service. I work in Guest Service and know how important follow up with customers is to a business. This is an area of service where your company failed and needs improvement.

The serviceman you sent asked my son the help him move my couch so he did. when he was done with the service I noticed that he did not move the couch clean up the most stains until I asked him if he cleaned under it. So the stains were not pretreated and still show. The payment was over $300 and he said he could lower it by $100 if I could give him $50 cash.
I have always been happy with your service and have been a customer for serveral years but after this visit from you, I am very disappointed.
