Was a little disappointed. I was told that after the carpet dries, it would be soft and fluffy since no residue is left behind. It's still 'crunchy'. Also, the lines in the carpet are still visible even after vacuuming twice in the last week.

No up charging when the tech arrived

There were still stains remaining on the carpet. I was also expecting to have more of the original look and get rid of some of the heavy traffic area look.

The tiles were left with a residue on them and the floor did not look clean at all. The grout was definitely cleaner but even after mopping the floor has smears all over it. VERY disappointed

I am very pleased to know a carpet as old and stained as ours could look so clean and plumped up as it does after just one cleaning. I have to give it a few days to see if the stains bleed back through, but it looks great. Your service was very nice and personable even though I was not feeling that day. I feel much better when I walk through the house. It blessed my day.

Our carpets didn't come out as clean as they could have been, seemed a little rushed on time since they came late in the day. Could could see spots easily in carpet even with the added charge to remove them and our carpet is only 6 years old. Could not show us results from other carpets that were way worse because it makes us think that our carpet should be easy to make look new again.

We love that Zerorez doesn't use any harsh chemicals or shampoos. Typically when carpet cleaning companies do use harsh chemicals and products that stay in the carpet, the carpet gets dirtier faster because it attracts dirt. We have pets who have had accidents on our carpet, and Zerorez was able to use pet treatment that got rid of all of the pet odors. They were very professional and polite and there was no hassle or complications. Our experience was wonderful. In fact, just the next day we told our family members about Zerorez and they were very interested and wanted to check them out. They will likely use Zerorez in their own homes.

I like the end result for sure. The technicians are also very courteous and efficient and always give tips on how to keep the carpets in tip top shape.

Carpets look great

Technicians are polite and seem competent. And they are able to clean my area rugs right on my hardwood floors.
They are wool, and I put fans on them afterwards. All comes out well.
