Carpets come out as new. No sticky residue. Best value for the price. This is 3rd time we used Zero Res. Always been very satisfied. Had a bit of a problem with technicians getting to our house.Technician called that he is on his way. About half hour later we got phone call that they could not find our address, verified address. Assumed your office would call technicians with our correct address. Waited another 1/2 hour, nobody showed up. Called technician, had his nr. on my caller I'd. Said nobody from his office called hom w. Correct address, still waiting for their call. Gave him our correct address, said it was different from what he had in his paperwork????, but is in neighborhood already & will be right there. They showed up shortly afterwards about 11:30 am. I got a bit frustrated at that point & called your office to talk to a supervisor. Was told one would call me, but never did. Just so you know what is going on in the field. But they made it up & did a super job. Very happy with their work.

I paid an extra $200 for the pet treatment and ended up having to have the carpets cleaned twice more to get them clean. The technician was friendly and helpful, but he cleaned 1000 sqft in less than 30 minutes, *with* the pet treatment.

Your product does the job. The chair that was cleaned looks brand new. The service was excellent. The young man who cleaned the chair was very professional, efficient and friendly.

Estimate the cost of the service better. I do feel that the workers were very polite and helpful and did a good job. The courtesy and knowledge of the men doing the job was admirable. The cost was higher than I anticipated.

Service Personnel are very knowledgeable and definitely customer oriented. They were unable to solve my problem, but totally explained what needed to be done and why. I had water damage to my carpet from a water heater, but since Zerorez didn't do the original extraction, they were unable to correct all the related issues. The technician was extremely helpful and I will definitely recommend Zerorez to my friends. They have cleaned carpets for me in the past and I have always been extremely satisfied. Your representatives showed up on time, worked quickly, and were neat, polite, and courteous. This is the second time I have used your company and my carpets have come cleaner and stayed cleaner with your service. I am an Interior Designer and have recommended your company several times and will continue to do so.

The carpet looks great, I was quoted $99 for the 3 rooms and then was quoted $30 to do the stairs when the tech got here. A total of $129. When I paid I was charged a total of $150+ after taxes. It was more than I had expected, about $10 more. Also, I noticed several spots in my yard were the grass was dead in rows. We figured out last night it was from the carpet chemicals where they had done the cleaning because the grass next to the curb where the van was parked, there is a huge dead spot in our grass. The rows of dead grass appeared to be from those hose. That is a little frustrating because we pay lots of money for true green to come and treat our yard monthly and now we have spots we have to re-grow.

I did not receive a call the day before giving me an appointment window and needed to call in to get that info.

Quality and service

Staff was great! I'm not as pleased with the carpet as some of the stains that appeared to be gone came right back once dried but the grout cleaning is amazing.

The service man, Gabriel, was very courteous and helpful. The carpets were cleaned efficiently and well, and he explained the procedures he was using.

the service was excellent, the technician was experienced and provided education on the best upkeep of the carpet. While the stains did not come out of the carpet, they were lightened. I have not yet received the promotional items - Hawaiian Falls tickets and restaurant $50 gift certificate - the technician mentioned that it was not handled by him but by the corporate office.

I think your company offers a great service as long as your floors are not that dirty or don't have stains, the areas I really needed it didn't come as clean as I would have liked. The technician was very polite and friendly. I didn't realize that my front door would need to be open the entire time they were here allowing insects in and cold air out. I also am a little disappointed that your truck leaked oil on the street in front of my house, I also think something was poured on the grass as it has a yellow spot on the curb.
