I was sorry I didn't catch it - but there was a stain in the master bedroom closet that could have been worked on - and the hallway closet was neglected -
otherwise, I was very happy with the service - and the two associates that came to do the job.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

After two weeks the carpet does not look much better than it did before you cleaned it. The technician charged me $50 extra to pretreat the carpet so the $100 job ended up costing me $170. He wanted $90 but we settled at $50. I would like a reclean actually which your guarantee provides for. I expected more after hearing your commercials from Jody Dean on the radio.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

the Pet stain treament was more damaging then the urine - it took me many hrs to correct
the treatment amplipfied the order at an unbelieveable level,

I am requesting a full refund on the pet treatment ,$375.00.
my total bill was $545.56 , check #5164. the technician was very professional & friendly
however I requested specificlly a person experienced with a seriour pet stain issue,your
product made it worse.

again - I expect a full refund for the pet stain portion of this bill

What do you like about our products and services?

The products seem to be wonderful! Our carpets have not looked that good since they were new. It left a nice "clean" scent in the house, NOT like the musty wet carpet smell you sometimes get after cleaning.
As for the service, I couldn't be more pleased. Our technician was very professional, prompt and thorough. He worked really hard as some of our carpet was very old, but it looked new when he left! Thank you.

Job looked great but not today, but its alot better. I asked agent to clean cloth arms on chair He said had to call for price. All he had to clean in my home was tracks from kitchen to bedroom. What I had cleaned was approx.125 Sq Feet, not 4 rooms for 117 Dollars,you would think another 5 minutes to make an old man happy would be all right. ?

The technician did not arrive by the time requested. When he was there he tried to nickel and dime and continue to add services. I was originally quoted $99 for the house; he tried to convine me that I needed to spend over $400 to get my house cleaned. I understood that there were a few spots in the living room that needed extra attention, but quadrupling the cost is outrageous. Despite my best efforts, I ended up spending almost $200, that I did not budget for.

Above all else the carpet is not much better, they weren't able to complete my requests. I would love a refund, especially considering that my landlord is very very very unimpressed with the work that was done. I am so disappointed in all of this. I heard rave reviews and attempted to ignore the negative reviews, but now I feel like I should have paid closer attention.

It seems the hose and equipment dragged in leaves and small twigs and these were left on the floor in the entry of the house. Also the booties worn to protect the floor by the worker were left in the driveway. As a first time users of your service I am disappointed. The carpets are cleaner only one small spot was not removed.

We had a confirmed appt. between 8:30 and 11:00. We got all the furniture moved out of the way and waited. And waited. And waited. I finally called after 12:00 and was told our appointment had been changed to between 11:00 and 1:00 because there had been truck problems the day before and the schedule had to be changed. We were not notified of the change. We received a call around 1:00 and were told our technician had trouble with his truck and was out for the rest of the day, but they would find another one to replace him. A technician finally arrived at 2:00. He did a good job, but we were then stuck because it was 6 hours before we could walk around the house while the carpet dried. We had to go out to eat and when we got home we watched the baseball game in the kitchen along with all the furniture from the living and family rooms crammed in there. It was not a good day! We did get the fuel charge removed, but I felt we should have received more of a discount since the whole day was ruined.

Our service technician was very polite and listened to all my requests. He performed the cleaning in a timely manner and the carpet looked great after he finished.

He did the job just fine and was very nice....
.but this is the only carpet cleaner I've ever used that left all the furniture for me to put back in place. I'm not physically able to lift the chairs/tables/chests and such that were left on the bed and in the halls. Every other cleaner puts things back in place with papers or blocks underneath and every cleaner I've ever used sent two men to do the job....so that I was not asked to help move the chests and such...which I could not do. Fortunately our son came from Lewisville to Denton this morning to lift these things back in place for us. I realize it cost you more to send two people instead of one, but you might let people know they will be asked to help ...and it is difficult for your older customers. He was just fine and the job was alright, I just cannot recommend your company.

What do you like about our products and services?

The technician was both knowledgeable and friendly. Very polite and respectful. We did not expect some of the stains we had to be lightened or erased very much, but we were pleasantly surprised. Even the toughest stain (metal cleaner) was lightened to the point that you can barely tell it is there.
