after you come clean my carpets, everyone notices! we get asked if we got new carpet!
The tech did a spectacular job cleaning my carpet. He was very professional. The carpet looks brand new again. We would definitely use zerorez again.

Did not show up on scheduled day, your technician left me a message that he was sitting out front of my home and I must not be home. DOORBELL!!!Had to correct my home address with you three times. Paid for stain pretreatment and not one stain came out of my living room carpet I just took a brush to it and this very large stain is now gone.Tech was to new, inexperienced what happened to a little bit of iniciative.He was packing up without asking if everything was satisfactory. I assume from my experience that you give one day training, show them how to hook a hose to a faucet disconnect and leave. Where was the attention to stains I saw no cleaning products and trust me his one attachment was not a magic wand. Oh and he had to park on my front yard. No invoice, e-mail is not acceptable. I would not recommend you to anyone after I got the stain out today.Do us all a favor close up and go away but not until I hear from someone and am refunded the cost of the stain pretreatment

Casar said he was going to start in the master bedroom. The vacuum was running. I went to go to the bathroom and he was in it. I don't know how long he stayed there, but he was only here 45 minutes. The carpet looks okay, but I don't know how clean it is.

The treatment to remove pet stains worked. Also, there was no remaining carpet cleaning residue following the service.
Terrible customer service by the Dallas location Supervisor, Thomas. He acted annoyed that he had trouble finding my apartment on his GPS. He was very condescending & refused to rectify my concerns by offering a refund or another cleaning. I was told on the first cleaning that the pet smell would be taken care of & eliminated. The guys even said it wasn't that bad, that they've seen much worse. They also put a pet treatment after the cleaning. Needless to say, I am very unsatisfied. I would never had paid for the first service if I'd known the smell would not get better.
In and out in less than an hour. Guy kept stopping to chit chat. Parts of closet did not get done.
