I liked the results. It smelled clean when done, not chemically. I like that product is safe and do not need to worry about my pets. Gabriel was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the products and the cost.
Was not informed of $10 fuel charge when I called to book appt. technician was nice but did not like the immediate upsell of $30/room for pet odor. Not sure zerorez is better than Blackmon mooring cleaning results. Our tech was very courteous and explained things welll!
The carpet looked great but I am blown away by how my ceramic tile and grout looked!!! Amazing.
They are all natural, the carpet are clean, they are not just clean for a couple of weeks. Smells great & dries super fast. Your techs are super nice and helpful.

There was a mix up on the arrival time, and we made plans to be home from 1:30-3:30. It ended up being 5:30, which made my son late for soccer practice and required my husband to come home early from work.

My den floor looked worse after being cleaned than before. Was suppose to clean two small area in a upstairs jack and Jill bath and forgot to clean it.
Overall I had a good experience with Zerorez. The associate I spoke with to make my reservation was friendly and knowledgable as were the two gentlemen who came to my house to complete the job. The dispatch manager Tyree was AWFUL! He was rude, inconsistant, and not trustworthy. If you would like me to recap my incident with him please call me as it is too long of a story to type out. I have used Zerorez two times and I am generally satisfied; the service was very pleasant and efficient. I will want Zerorez to come back out and clean the sofa I had cleaned again, it looks as if the wrong side of the cushion was cleaned, the dirty/used side looks exactly the same. I also had some tile and grout cleaned and I am not fully satisfied with the result.

Technicians need to be careful with the hoses inside the customer's home. Dragging them haphazardly across furniture and against door facings, etc. can cause damage. My carpet seemed to be left quite wet last time, which has never happened before. I think the technician was simply in too much of a hurry. The worst area in my carpet is in front of an entry door. It didn't seem as clean as in the past, but that could simply be because the carpet is more worn than before. Not sure what the problem was with that.
The carpets look great afterwards.
i like the technology, that will not leave residue. I don't like the way they do pricing. In the living room we had a rug covered half of the carpet, and I asked not to pick it up, instead go through it like if it was the carpet. And I got charged for the living room and the area rug also.
Given wrong information and over charge! Will be given 98.7 Jodi dean in the morning show a call as well! Sorry my home only has 3 rooms with carpet! Never again will use or listen to the Jodi dean shows!!
The tech was very very professional! He understood i was up all night moving and he did an amazing job. He was quick but very thorough!

Had the tile floors cleaned. They cleaned pretty good, but around the cabinets where your machine couldn't reach, still dirty. Should have some process to clean under cabinets. A little disappointed as now I have to do the cleaning.
The technician was very nice and personable,and set expectations up front.

I love the fact that there are no chemicals used. I also greatly appreciate the fact that the people who come clean up after themselves, so I left with nothing to do but enjoy my clean, fresh home.
Your rep sounded very confident about your product until it came time to push the purchase an solvent because your "so called state of the art product may not do the job" contradictory don't you think? He did clean the carpet but it cost me an additional 100 to get it done with your majical product. A little uneasy with the sales pitch which is not what it sounds like on your advertising, I haves large family not sure I feel comfortable referring you to them . The extra 100 bucks cost you a lifetime of referrals!
The quality of the cleaning at a reasonable price.
I was told that my rugs would be pre-treated for spots, and they were not. The tech was unprofessional and texting while supposed to be doing his job. He also had mechanical issues and had to borrow safety pins to keep unclogging his hose.
The job he did wasn't what we had thought after hearing recommendations on the radio (KVIL) which was why I chose zerorez. We were very disappointed. If he couldn't get the spots up he should have said so at the beginning. It felt like he rushed through the job (other than the times he was texting on his phone) and didn't do a good job. We have a Kirby vacuum with carpet cleaner attachment and my husband had done a much better job than this tech. We did our part in moving all the furniture and vacuuming the rugs as requested. Just didn't feel like the tech cared at all about his part.
We called zerorez because we are getting to list our house for sell and because my husband's health has not been great. Just plain disappointing all the way around.

Yesterday was the second time I have used Zero Rez. My servicer person was named Austin. My carpet was heavily soiled in traffic areas, but like new in places that were under rugs.
Austin spent about 15 minutes on the rooms and did not clean some dirty spots that were there. One was a particularly large dust spot. Traffic areas were not completely cleaned. The dust spot was not cleaned up at all. Furthermore, the areas that looked like new before "cleaning" just looked worse for wear after his "work". There were even a couple of spots under the rug covered areas that had not been there before.
I asked Austin to go back over the traffic areas, and clean up the spots. Austin very smugly told me that the spots were permanent, and that he had "been in the business for years" and that the was an "expert". The spots, he said were permanent.
I insisted that he go back over the spots and traffic areas. The large dust spot that he said was "permanent" was cleaned up to almost 100% in a few minutes. The traffic areas are still not cleaned to my satisfaction. I cleaned up a couple of the other spots with spot remover myself.
Austin left, aware that I was not pleased. I contacted Cindy at dispatch and told her I was not pleased with the work. She began to immediately talk over me and tell me that some spots were "permanent" and that they did not guarantee to clean everything to look like new.
I asked to speak to the manager who was not in. Cindy agreed to ask the manager to call this morning and to send someone with more experience this afternoon.
I have not heard from the manager yet, but am waiting for the "more experienced" tech. I am more inconvenienced because of the extra cleaning means that I will have to cancel business appointments to be home when the technician arrives. Plus, it will take an extra day for parts to my carpet to dry, so I will have to wait an extra day to replace furniture and rugs. I work from home, so this costs me a total to 2 business days.
