Fast service and thorough cleaning.
The cleaning and the technician was great. The issue I have is with the advertisement and the customer service on the phone. I did not receive my receipt from the cleaning that I had on Friday so Monday morning I call and the person seemed rather annoyed. The first 2 people I talked to when I booked the appointment was very helpful. I called to let them know that I did not receive my receipt. The special that I thought I was getting was 4 tickets from Hawaiian Falls which the technician said would be on the email receipts. So when I called the customer service person to let them know I did not receive the receipt she said no the tickets will be mailed to you and it's for 2 tickets and could take up to 30 days to receive. I said well I'm pretty sure the moring that I made the appointment I had heard the advertisement that said it was 4 tickets. She said no rather annoyed...that was an earlier special and that it would be for 2. It's July 21 so I hope the tickets do not take 30 days or I may not be able to use them because summer will be over! Once again I want to say the Technician and cleaning was awesome but I do not like the advertisement special changed and that I may not receive the tickets in time to be able to use them anyway!
Better price quoting up front. $99 for 4 rooms, so I was hoping $200 for 8 rooms. But once you added that one of the rooms was oversized, a closet was extra, hallway, stairs, fuel charge... I end up paying $360. Since these items really add up, you could have a short checklist that you ask people when they schedule so that you can get a more accurate quote ahead of the service call.
Carpets turned out much better than I'd expected.
Carpet looks great! Had to have a redo this time, but it looks great now and I feel like it is really clean! Thank you.

Almost sent the representative away before he even started due to crazy high up-selling attempts. First he wanted to add $60 per room to treat for pet pee found under the black light. The basic cost for service is $29 per area/room....a $60 addition to spray some chemical on the pet areas found under black light was way too high and was just annoying. Then the technician tried to tell me that the $29 price was for UP TO four areas/rooms, not a minimum of four rooms. He said every room over 4 was going to be $49 instead of $29. At that point I told him we were done and to leave. He then called the office and was "surprised" to find out that he was wrong,...the charge should be $29 for all of the rooms minimum of four. Next the determination of what is called an "area" is arbitrary. My living room is apparently 2 areas. I thought the deal was $29 a room, not an area...whatever that is. Once the door was open to use a term called area... the floodgates for up-charging were open again. My hallways are 2 areas etc. I should have sent him away at that point, but I really need to get the carpets cleaned, so I let him continue despite all the added costs. He then proceeded to rush through cleaning the entire house, with one worker in one hour. Seemed to fast to me to really let the process do its job. In general I was not highly impressed.

Thomas the supervisor came back and did an excellent job. Seems to be a warranty issue with the carpet and he explained several things to us that will be helpful when we have to deal with the carpet warranty. He was excellent.

Let me say, I would recommend Zeroez,however I was not satisfied with my last service. Charles did not rake he carpet as other technicians had. Also even though I paid extra to have the carpets treated they did not look as good as I expected. Furthermore there is a rust stain in my driveway from the vehicle. I will use Zeroez again because I have had excellent service in the past. However, I do not want Charles as the technician again.
