Price, timely and polite
I was displeased that your technician could not remove a few stains from my carpet without increasing the price by $400. If I make an appointment for your $99/3 room special I do not want to be told that my carpet will not be clean unless I use several gallons of solvent that apparently only clean a 5 inch by 5 inch space per gallon that cost almost $100 per gallon. That is ridiculous and extremely unacceptable.
Your product is fantastic .... And since I have been a repeat customer that ate sets to the quality. Your service is awful. Your phone bank people do not care that we are customers... I was lied to repeatedly

On Thursday technician from Zerozez came out and did an unsatisfactory job. He was very arrogant and cocky about his poor performance assuring me that he "had been in the business for years" and that spots could not be cleaned. I cleaned up a few of the spots with a product from the grocery store.
Cindy at Zerorez was helpful and sent another technician to take care of the rest of the problem. He did his best, but Zerorez is apparently not as good a method as advertised.
Moral: If you want to wash something (carpet or otherwise) you are going to need some soap.
Your staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. They did a fantastic job of cleaning our entire apartment!! Our carpets have never been this clean, plus all the previous carpet odor is gone. I would highly recommend your services to anyone wanting a premium carpet cleaning service. The improved technology Zerorez brings is worth every penny.
Have cheaper prices. I paid $400 to have a shag area rug cleaned.

I sent a letter with my concerns and have not received a response. I received 2 phone messages from Kay wanting to discuss my concerns. I've returned her call and she wasn't in. I left a message for her to contact me via email as this is more convenient for me but I still have not heard from her. I would appreciate an email response to my requests at Email address removed

Didn't leave an odor of perfume or chemicals. Technician arrived in good time and carpets were cleaned to my satisfaction before he left. I would definitely use the service again.

Getting stains out better would have been an improvement. With the price one pays, one would expect to have more stain treatment.

The price went up right before they were to start.
I had a coupon that would have been a great deal. Having the pet treatment in 2 rooms was an extra $75 I was not expecting. The coupon was vague apparently. So I would include the sanitizing pet treatment in the cost overall and include it in the coupon price/special. I just feel I paid too much for the size of my small home. But my carpets do look very clean and nice!
Tell clients that if rippling of carpet occurs after you leave, it is usually due to its being wet and wait for it to dry before deciding the carpet is ruined. I had a lot of rippling that I had not seen with previous (Dalworth) cleanings. But next morning the ripples were mostly flat. I wonder if the suction on your vacuums is too strong?

The carpet looks new. My allergies are much better, and the tech was completely professional. I'll be using Zerorez again!

Your no odor products were a deciding point for us. You sent Darwin to our house. He did an excellent job on our hardwood floors. He was polite, friendly, and helpful.
