Keith has done our carpet the past five years so we like our rep. My carpet is not coming as clean since it is 16 years old but I am hoping cleaning it will help it last longer.

What could we do to improve?

I'm always happy with the carpet cleaning. I didn't know you steam cleaned grout and sealed it. I was so pleased with the results...........until I realized the service man had splashed the sealant on the front of my brand new ( 1 week old) stainless steel refrigerator. You did send someone to clean it but that process did take off a little of the shine. I'll still recommend the carpet cleaning but will discourage the grout job.

I did not get the call 24-48 hours prior to appointment. I did not get the call 30 minutes prior to arrival. This created a real problem since this was for my grandfather as he was waiting on me to let him know you were coming as well, I was traveling form 1.5 hours away.

I enjoyed the great look, smell and the feel of the carpet. Our carpet looks new. Austin our carpet specialist was very professional, polite and superior service. First, your response to a service request was handled quickly and professionally. Darwin arrived early (loved that!) and reviewed everything with me before he began the service. He moved efficiently through the carpet and tile of the master bedroom and then on to the second floor. And the results are amazing! I will certainly share my experience with friends and neighbors.

Van left several oil stains in my driveway. They are the only spots I have. Too bad attention to cleanliness on the inside couldn't apply to outside as well. I want the oil spots removed but don't know how to get this done.

I paid $1,500 to have my tile floors cleaned and sealed. Although the service guy was great, worked hard and did a great job, I feel like I overpaid for this service by about $1,200. I'll never use Zerorez again. The problem wasn't with the service or service personnel, it's with the pricing.

Well there were 2 guys that came to my home, one was SUPER nice & the other needs to work on his people skills. My carpet was stiff after the cleaning, not sure if this is normal?
