Very prompt, timely, efficient and friendly!
Speed of service. Quality of the work. The tile and grout I had cleaned looks remarkably better.
The gentleman that cleaned our carpet(Kyle)was so personable. He took pride in what he was doing ,therefore was very meticulous in his work. Very knowledgeable of how and why the products he used worked so well cleaning the carpet. He listened to my concerns regarding the stains in my carpet and worked hard in getting them out.I have 2 dogs and a cat, and I must say that after each cleaning, I am impressed with the outcome.I have used other carpet cleaning companies in the past and was not very satisfied (usually stains were still there after the carpet dries,carpet was somewhat stiff due to the chemicals they use). I am just grateful that my neighbor had recommended to try your company. I am a repeat customer(third time) and will continue to call you when I need my carpet cleaned again.

No smell and very clean!
1st technicians truck broke down. No one came to get him and it was 98 degrees outside. Front door was left open for a very long time letting heat and flies in. 2nd technician came, but made a noticible mark on carpet. Tried to make it look better, but didn't. After the sun went down, you could tell the 3 spots were black and in the shape of the wand. Manual came out on second day and fixed it. He was very confident and reassuring and got the mark out fast.
Charging an additional gasoline fee is unreasonable. It's the nature of your business to arrive at a clients job location.
the overall experience was surprisingly very good! The technician showed up on time and explained the process. The carpets were noticeably clean and my home smelled refreshingly clean!

The results are fantastic. We've had other for cleaners before, but you guys just do a better job.... Hands down. One room already has some of the stains coming back, since i think it was just to bad, but on the while it was a great job. I only wish that one could have been conquered since it is highly visible and highly trafficked.
