offer included swim park tickets. I had to ask 3 times and now told 3 weeks to a month tog get them. While the service was good, this seemed like a little deceptive to me.

The area we paid to have clean still has the same issues that prompted us to contact zero Rez in the first place. Alothough the employee who you sent seemed very knowledgable he spent very little to no time cleaning the areas we requested. This is my second time using zerorez and although the first experience was a favorable one the most recent cleaning let me highly disappointed

What do you like about our products and services?

Zerorez did a fantastic job getting rid of a number of set-in stains on my carpet (only one or two small ones remained when all was settled), cleaned the vinyl flooring, tub and tile, as well as my car upholstery with very little fuss. Both technicians (Randy and Michael) were extremely friendly, courteous, and respectful, and they were very efficient and skilled with what they were doing.

My ONLY complaint is that I was given a roughly $100 lower quote online than turned out to be the final price. I was told that the updated quote to include the car and all was not entered into the system, and the technicians explained that if charged per square footage it would have been even higher.

All-in-all, I am satisfied with my transaction. I was certainly annoyed by the sudden, last-minute change in quoted price, however the technicians were so impressive and the equipment did such a fantastic job cleaning stains I thought would never come out that I really can't complain. Thanks Randy and Michael!!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The company is dishonest in the way they approach customers. Certain fees were not disclosed at the time of scheduling service. I had to argue with the technician about honoring the coupon that I had and had used to make the appointment. The technician had to call the office several times to try and resolve our disagreements. I just don't get it. The coupon says what it says. The technician tried to sell me all kinds of services I didn't want. If I spent the amount he wanted me to spend I literally could have gotten brand new carpet!

The technician that came this time seemed to need more supervision and oversight than previous technicians. He would have chosen to do less than a complete job on the sectional rather than ask me to move the sections myself as he felt they were too heavy (I'm a 50 year old female and the individual sections are considerably less than 50 lbs). I moved them and again, he chose to bang the crap out of my walls rather than move then a little bit more to avoid hitting the walls. Issues with cleaning under the bed when I specifically discussed this with him prior to him starting the job and asking what order he needed things moved in order to to this as well as clean the mattress. He was packing up before I noticed he hadn't cleaned under the bed. Also, I feel $150 for queen mattress was quite high considering only one side can be cleaned. I've used Zerorez for several years and have always been pleased with the service in the past. I would request a different technician next time I schedule.

The technician began professionally, but turned to unprofessional. In trying to sell us pet treatments for $60 per room told us multiple times how much our house smells like urine and he didn't understand why we wouldn't do the treatment. He persisted after telling him that $300 on top of the original cleaning cost was not in our budget at this time. I'd like to get all rooms done, but was not expecting pet treatments to increase our bill from $150 to $450. When I inquired about pet treatments when making the appointment, she would not give me a dollar figure, but made it sound like it was not a lot extra. That is not the case.

Let the extra pray for dirty areas soak a little longer before vacuuming up. Also, the service person spent approx. 8-10 minutes on a personal call. Short call - no problem. Long call - problem. He needs to be more conscious of the time spent on calls. Great otherwise and friendly.
