Oh my goodness ... where to start? From the first phone call to Joe cleaning the carpets, tile, sofa and loveseat ... the entire experience was AMAZING! Joe was so nice, friendly, polite, helpful, etc..... I can't thank you all enough for the great job done!
On the phone I was quoted one price and then the tech gave me a much higher price. My complaint is with the phone person who did not ask about closets, and she said the stairs were only $1.50 each step.
The servicemen were friendly and were happy to work on special areas that I pointed out. I appreciated that they wore booties over their shoes.

The carpet was incredibly clean and fluffy after the cleaning. The cleaning was overall much better than any other company that I've used. All noticeable spots on the carpet are gone, and the carpet didn't have a hard, crunchy feeling afterward.

Caesar did an excellent job cleaning my dirty carpet. It looks great!! He was quick, efficient, and very cordial. I will definitely use Zerorez again.
Well, I do not know today about your service. All seemed to go well. But in two weeks I will know how effective the service was. I have high hopes. I did allow the chemical protection pkg. and time only will tell about that.

Your service techs are amazing-polite, knowledgable, courteous and they represent your product and company very well. I have had them to my home for 4 visits in 7 months-follow up to a new dog. There have been 4 different techs and all did a splendid job. My main concern was a more expensive visit each time-and not just a minute difference but substancial.

We didn't know if our two white chairs and ottomans could be cleaned or not. One of our dogs had decided that one of them was her bed. They were so dirty, in fact, that if they couldn't be cleaned, we were going to put them out on the curb to be picked up trash day. The man who came to our home did a spot clean and we couldn't believe the difference! They look like new now - unbelievable! I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone, not only for their excellent product, but for their service as well.

Charles did a great job on the carpet. Got a stain out that was there for 2 years. He is very friendly and not pushy at all like some sales people try to do. That is very important to us. Would definitely recommend him to clean anyone's floor. He did a great job at explaining how the product works as well.
I didn't know that we would have to stay off the carpet for 5-6 hours until the technician arrived. So other than the scramble to get 3 kids ready to leave for the day, it was a great service. I just wish the person on the phone would have let us know. The technician was great! Super friendly!

You removed every stain and the rug looked and smelled fantastic afterwards.
The rug was in very bad shape and I thought for sure I was going to have to replace it but now, because your company did such a good job, the rug looks brand new. One more point, I bought the rug new and I hadn't cleaned it in 10 years.
Regarding your representative, he was very nice, courteous, upbeat and worked very hard. I trusted him in my house.

Person with whom I made appoint wa a not very specific about the cost of cleaning and I was quite surprised at the cost that I was quoted by the tech at my home. Seemed like a bait and switch since I had a coupon. I was expecting extra charges just not more than double.
