Good service and good outcome.
The quality of service provide and overall outcome were good. Minor surface stains were removed with major areas being treated the best they could.
The reason I've rated the service at a 6 is because of the up sale of services. I originally contacted you all in regards to a $99.00, four (4) room special which in return turned into a rough $350 final bill. Were the services need? Yes. Were the charges fair? No, not in my opinion.
I am pleased with the overall outcome; however, I can't state I will be a repeat customer due to the fear of being up sold of services offered.
In today's economy, that's a stiff charge of service for any family and personally feel this was a classic "bait and switch" tactic.
The service technician missed doing an entire room!!! I called to ask that someone come out, but haven't received a return call. Maybe they thought I was complaining about some spots that didn't come out with the $99 4 room special, but I wasn't. That was all I could affort to do, but he didn't do the front bedroom at all!

I like the fact that you can actually clean my carpets with just water and not chemicals - and the carpets are CLEAN.
Your staff is soooo polite and knowledgeable! And, you have provided them with products that really do work! They removed a spaghetti sauce stain that I would have thought impossible. They were very careful with my furniture, which I also appreciate so much. Only one negative thing: I now have some stains which I think are due to rust....they raised most of the furniture onto styrofoam while the carpet was drying. But not the piano, which has some metal wheels. When the piano was put back into place, there was a red stain where the wheels were, so I can only assume it is rust. Is there any way they can be removed? If yes, I will change my recommendation to a "10."

The technician was extremely professional and was not pushy with any of his upsell opportunities. In fact, I ended up spending a lot more than intended because of his consultative, straight forward approach. I was very happy with the service.

The service was fantastic! Gabriel was very professional and explained the process thoroughly. We just moved into a new rent house and the landlord assured us that her carpet guy treated the carpet twice and that the carpet was clean. Gabriel was able to prove otherwise after he showed us all the grime, dirt and pet hair he pulled out into the Zerorez clean filter.It was so nasty I had to take a picture. Only $109.00 plus tax to clean the whole house is a good deal when the carpets are being cleaned this thoroughly. It's like we have brand new carpet!
