PROFESSIONAL JOB AT A REASONABLE RATE.
The guys called first and then showed up early! They did not use high pressure upsell tatics but rather just provided my options. I was extremely pleased with how my carpets looked and had them clean the rest of my rooms and area rugs while they were there. I will definitley use them again!! I hightly recommend them.
As luck would have it, I obtained same-day-service due to a cancellation in my area. The completed job looked good, the carpet was noticeably soft by my husband and daughter.
The guy that came out was really nice and did a great job on my carpets but did not do a good job on my sofas

technician was very nice and did a great job. Only complaint is it's taken 2 days to dry. My bedroom is still damp. But, it's clean and hopefully it won't mildew before it's dry...

The products seem to really clean my carpet.
First, you couldn't get the street name correct. Secondly, you're more interested in the upsell than doing the job. Third, for the upsell you take a square of 3 x 3 tiles and scrub them hard to impress what a great job you do, but don't do the rest of the tiles the same way. Then we agree to $600 total charge. You send a jerked up invoice plugging in a discount to get the net to $600, then add tax based on a non-discounted price. (I think the comptroller's office should take a look at this along with the IRS). Got time for some Audits? For the undiscounted price you came up with, I could have carpeted the tile area. Totally not impressed, and will definitely share with my friends and business associates.
The technician did show me the water tank and filter after cleaning our carpets, so I know it did something. However, I was not 'wowed' with the results, and expected my 4 yr old carpet to look a little more rejuvenated. It took the technician only 15 minutes to clean 2 living spaces and our hallway. I was very surprised at how quickly it was done, and not in a good way. He went so fast that I don't feel like the cleaning was as deep or thorough as it could have been--I can't even vacuum all those spaces in 15 minutes! Also, I did not like that the carpet wasn't rinsed in any way after cleaning. There was a lot of water/cleaning solution left on areas of tile and wood flooring next to the carpet where they cleaned, which leads me to believe a lot of water/cleaning solution was left behind in the carpets as well. Just a second pass with the wet-vac would have helped a lot in my opinion. They also left me to clean up the puddles of water left behind which took a full size towel to sop up. Overall I feel like the biggest problem was the cleaning method itself, so there is really nothing you can do to make things right. The wet-vac type machine just did not seem effective. Next time I get my carpets cleaned I will try a company that uses the buffer type scrubbing machines.

It's a great product!! My floors have never felt so clean. And our service man was so very nice and explained the whole process to me. We have a large home and had our carpets and travertine tile floors cleaned , he wore out the pad on the large machine and finished it by hand with a hand held on his knees ..... That's doing what ever it took to do a great job. We will always use Zero Rez!!

No extra billing surprises once services are complete, how quickly the carpets dry, how there is only a "clean smell" left afterwards, and carpets stay clean - no dirt attracted to residues left behind from soaps or chemicals.

I had a trainee and a supervisor tech, they were exceptional as i had already experienced the first time with you. I will be using you for all of our future carpet cleaning needs ;-)
