Very professional technician who took extra care to insure all the stains on my wall to wall carpets were removed. The result is the carpet looks like new.

Cleaning was great. However, I was told over the phone I was goanna get four tickets for Hawaiian Falls. Just looked at the bill and it says that I should receive two tickets. I cant use two, as I have three kids and cant leave two at home. I still have not received any tickets after a couple of weeks.
Dries quickly is #1. Workman are clean, pleasant and know their product.
I have cats so like that there are no chemicals in the cleaning solution. The technician arrived as scheduled and did a very thorough and professional job. I could not be happier with the service I received.

We were told by the person that provided the service that we would receive the tickets to the water park, but when we called they said we didn't spend enough. I would think that the $200 that we spent would have be enough! So much for calling about an advertised come-on.

Paid for an air filter on the 19th of May and it was not.delivered till July after I had to call and ask. It did not fit and they thought they did me a favor by rushing the order after I called....really! Totally unsatisfactory!

After the carpet dried, the spots that were cleaned showed up again. I paid $180 + dollars just to have the spots in the carpet again. I could have that done with some other company for half the amount I paid.
The crew was on time. They really got the furniture and carpets cleaner than they had been in a long time and I feel like everything is really clean.
No chemicals. Friendly service technicians!
