Customers should be given a ballpark estimate for unknown stains/ pre /treatments ahead of time: such as certain types of stains and a per room cost per each type (ie. pet stains = $60.00 on average per room... I was told it would be $60.00 per room only after the tech's arrival (and I had 2 rooms in this rental property that were determined to need pre treatment); I was "lucky" you had a three room pre-treatment for pets for $100.00 smackers!?! I had read that you company company my give these unexpected's1.
My tech Roy was professional and definitely believed in your service; said he had owned his own carpet cleaning service before going to work for your company...I have not been back to look at the dried carpet yet. I am not sure what I think yet of your cleaning process until I inspect further. I will let you know when I get back from being out-of-town this weekend.

In 3 out of 4 rooms, the carpet looks brand new again. The service tech was friendly, informative, efficient and courteous. He did a great job.

The Zerorez employee worked and cleaned our waiting room chairs until they were CLEAN. Even pointed out a spot he was having difficulty with that I had a hard time seeing! Good Job!

When you first started you said there wasn't a spot you couldn't remove. Now it's hard to get the the Zerorez personnel to even try. He did not even ask if I wanted to go to the next level with two spots I had from planters.
