How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We were supposed to get a free 10 X 10 tile room done free and the technician didn't do that. Our living room carpet still has a very bad pet odor to it. The technician said he forgot to turn the water nozzle on when he was cleaning. We got a call earlier that day saying our technician would be late, which was fine, but it was 7 p.m. on a Friday evening and you could tell he just wanted to get out of there.

What do you like about our products and services?

Carpet feels like it is brand new and oh so good on your feet! No reside at all is ever detected after the Zerorez cleaning.

I like that you don't put soap and other chemicals that leave residue and attract dirt. I like that your process is environmentally friendly. Most importantly, I like the fact you can get spots our of carpet no one else can.

You do not put soap in the carpet. Gabriel was our carpet cleaner and he was very thorough making sure he spot cleaned several places on our carpet. He was courteous and very efficient. This is the second time we have used Zerorez and we will continue to do so in the future.

After I had my tile cleaned, a large chunk of grout is gone. I'm looking at having to hire someone to repair it. If you would repair the damage I would definitely recommend Zerorez.

Tech indicated carpet would dry within 4-6 hours. Carpet was still wet in some areas the next day despite the fact we used ceiling fans and floor fans and turned the AC down.

You do a great job of cleaning my carpet! I had a couple of spots that came back and you guys came back no problem and fixed it.
Randy and Shawn came the first time. Great guys and did a great job! Joe came back on Friday to fix the spots. Everything is perfect!

No soap is used. The carpet is clean-- nice and fluffy. Dirt is taken out and does not come back.

Take a little more time, and ask before running out the door if everything looks ok. I had last appt on Friday and the person was in my house two seconds and ran out the door. He didn't bother to move a light chair, just cleaned under it, I paid way to much money for such a quick sloppy job.

What could we do to improve?

The technician, Michael, was friendlly and helpful... but the metal wand kept malfunctioning, spitting too much water everywhere and left the carpets very wet. He borrowed tools from me to try to fix it, but it was a reoccurring problem as he cleaned the carpets.
Might be wise to...
1. check all equipment on every truck at the end of the day or
2. include spare wands/equipment on each truck and
3. give each technician tools to fix the variety of issues that might arise.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We scheduled this appointment to have the carpet cleaned at our empty second house which we have put on the market to sell.

First, we were scheduled for an appointment between 4:30 to 6:00pm Monday the 21st. My wife, Nancy, got a call at 4:34 saying the technician had just arrived at his 2:00 appointment and did she want to re-schedule, because it would be between 7-8pm before he could get there. Nancy said she would prefer to get it done that evening, even if she had to stay later, because she had made the trip to this house for the sole purpose of getting the carpets cleaned. He said no problem and that he would give her a courtesy call when he finished that job. He did not call, and did not show up. The next day Nancy called your office to find out when they had re-scheduled us. The dispatcher said the tech told her Nancy told him she did not want him to come that night and that Nancy would call to re-schedule. The dispatcher said they would try to get someone to the house that day. Nancy did get a call from a technician around 4:00 that Tuesday, saying they would be at the house in 20 minutes. Nancy said she was on the way from our new house and to wait for her if he beat her there. When she drove up, she said it appeared he was about to leave because she wasn't there. He had turned around in our drive and was heading back west. She flagged him down to say she was the home owner and he told her he was just getting out of our driveway. But then he drove west to the nearest side street, turned around to head east again and parked in front of our house which faces south, meaning the vehicle was pointed east on the north side of the street. If he was going to park there anyway, why did he pull into our drive? We seriously believe if she had not caught him, he would have been gone. Now for his service:

The technician did not apply any type of spot remover. He rushed through the house with just the regular cleaning apparatus, even though Nancy pointed out several problem areas. When I made the appointment, I asked the dispatcher to send someone qualified to remove spots and stains. We were expecting to have to pay extra for this service, but the tech didn't even discuss the situation with Nancy.

This was the fourth time we have called on your company, but the worst service we have had with any carpet cleaning company. Each of the other three times you have serviced us, there was a two man crew and we were pleased with your service.

It appears to me that you guys were seriously under staffed last week, your technicians were over worked, and in too big of a hurry. If the Monday tech new he didn't want to work late that night, he should have honestly told Nancy he couldn't make it and that HE would make sure we were re-scheduled as soon as possible. The Tuesday tech should have taken the time to look at the spots in our carpet, evaluate which ones needed extra treatement, priced the cost of each of the spots, and taken the time to make sure they were treated properly. The carpet looked pretty good when he left because it was wet. But the next day, each of the spots had returned.

I was quoted $116 for 4 rooms. The bill was $420! The technician claimed to know nothing about the advertised price
I know the carpets needed pet treatment, however, this was way more than I expected mans the carpets still have the pet order.

The technicians that came to house were very professional. They were very helpful and answered all of my questions. The carpet and stairs look amazing. The techs were able to get rid of the pet stains. I had used over the counter carpet cleaners that did not work at all. Thanks to Zerorez all the pet stains are gone.
