The technician Chris was top notch. My problem was with the booking. When I received the final bill (visual), it was more than I expected.When I booked the cleaning, I was told it was 4 rooms at $29.99 per room; but with the current special I could add a 5th room. I wasn't told the 5th room wasn't included. It too was $29.99. It should have been included, since I paid $50.00 for the hallway alone.

Hopefully we will be able to get back to 100% satisfaction. We have been out of town this week, and so maybe I missed a call from Kim or Kate (I am not sure of her name). We are waiting to hear how the problem with the chipped bathtub will be resolved and if she has spoken to both Kyle and Ivory to see if they have any information about a very expensive necklace that was missing after their visit.
That it is better for the environment than other carpet cleaners. I feel better about my pets walking on the carpets since no harsh chemicals were used.
