Justin worked hard to make sure my older carpet was as clean and restored as could be. I was surprised at how good it looked when he finished. I was also pleasantly surprised that the "add-on's" I asked about weren't priced at five times the advertised price. Dalworth did that to my wife, and I'll never use them again.

On time

The associate was friendly, however there were a few major problems. His tank was out of water so the entire time he was at my house he used my water hose to fill his tank. Not my problem to be paying for your water. It costs us a premium in the summer.
Two, and the most critical factor of disappointment. The nozzle was very leaky and the associate new it as he tied towels around the adapter that went into the brush. It leaked so bad I had water all over my bathroom floor while he cleaned the closets and then water was pouring out onto my sofa , wood floors and turkish rug in the living room. Lets not forget all the excess water on my carpet. It made me very uneasy and I had to tell him how much it was leaking as he didnt notice. He did hand wipe up the wood floors but water can ruin wood floors, especially that quantity of water. Overall very disappointed as the carpets were excessively wet. I feel a refund is due but didnt want to hurt the technicians feelings. However, after this experience I would not recommend to others. The guy had faulty equipment that should not be used in anyone elses home.

No chemicals used

Fabian was informative, professional, and did an excellent job on our furniture, rugs, and duct system. Thank you it all looks and feels brand new.

stain remover very good

There is one "traffic area" that still looks very dirty. Also there is now a spot about the size of a dinner plate that I did not even know was there until the carpet was cleaned so I think cleaning it pulled the spot out and made it stand out more than before it was cleaned. This is a new house to us, and the carpet is in relatively good shape and really did not "appear" to be very dirty or stained so I was hopeful that it was going to look really great when Zerorez was finished and I am disappointed with the results.

Showed up within time frame they said they would. Service was quick and friendly. Price was very reasonable for the work performed. Carpets look excellent! The service tech was most courteous and performed the work without leaving any mess behind for me to clean up.

When you took my rugs initially on May 17 to the factory to get cleaned, I was told it would take 3-4 weeks to complete the process. After nine weeks went by, I called to try and get an update on the status of the rugs. When I called on July 21 I was told there was no information available to the person on the phone and you would get back to me. I never heard back so I called back again on July 25 and was again told there was no information and a manager would call me. Again, I did not hear back from anyone and called again on July 28 at which time I was again told someone would have to get back to me. Finally, I was called back and told the rugs were ready and would be delivered on Saturday August 2 between 9-11. On August 2, no one came between 9 and 11. I received a phone call at 3pm stating someone would be by to deliver the rugs. When I stated that I was told the rugs would be delivered between 9 and 11 the delivery person had no idea what I was talking about. Although the rugs came back clean, I would never recommend zerorez to anyone due to the poor customer service and the time and effort it took me to track down my rugs which were delivered six weeks after they were promised. In addition, no one ever offered anything to compensate me for all the time and effort I spent dealing with the situation or the extra time it took, not to mention the fact that no one ever apologized for the situation.

The staff, Randy and WIlliam were excellent resources of information. They were neat and efficient and they did an amazing job with the ducts and the carpets and the rugs. They got out all the dirt and pet stains and took great care with our rugs. I should have done this long ago. Thanks

Quality of cleaning excellent as well as communication for service timing and care taken to ensure equipment did not cause damage to furniture.

From the start, the whole process was a nightmare. The guy brought the machine into our condo and left it setting on the hardwood floor in the Living Room. I did not think anything about it until we returned to the condo to find the finish of the floor ruined where it had been sitting. You could see the outline of the part of the machine. Also, he ended up stopping up the toilet with the stuff that he dumped into it. He left it stopped up, did not even leave us a note or call us to let us know. Then, the carpet was so soppy wet that you could stand on it and water would puddle between your toes (with the exception of a small piece of carpet that he cleaned in the front hall closet. It was as though he did not extract ANY liquid from the carpet during the cleaning process. We called the office and were told that he could return after he finished up at another job. We were told to expect him around 7:45-8:00. He never returned to extract the water. We finally had to run to Target around 10:30 and buy several large fans as we were afraid that the carpet would start to sour and mildew. Throughout the late afternoon and evening, we called and left many, many messages. To date, we still have not even received a call-back. Amazingly poor service. We had a mess at our condo, was lied to, and then ignored. The company sure did not have any trouble collecting our money before the job was "done". I should have know better than to have paid before the service. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone.......

I would suggest you read my prior review. Your prices are a joke and the "cleaning" an even bigger joke. We will not be using or recommending your company. This request for (another) review is yet another example of the poor service and quality we received. I'd the company cared at all, we would have received a response to our earlier review which clearly expressed our dissatisfaction.

Has just been one week and it looks like some areas are already showing dirt again. Time will tell.

There was a high traffic area in our office that did not come clean. After hearing all the ads about how Zerorez gets out all the traffic stains, we were quite disappointed. The tech that did the work was done so quickly - a large master, hallway, stairs & office (less that 25 minutes) I'm not sure he took the time to do extra work on those high traffic areas, even though he said he did. He was also on his cell phone, using hands free headphones, the entire time he was working

Carpets look great and it didn't take him long.

The team was very punctual, polite and professional. The service they provided was wonderful and I love the clean carpet.
