What do you like about our products and services?

Clean, clean, clean! Gentle but super powerful and effective. Darwin did an excellent job in a timely manner. Tile and grout look brand new again. Would floor- beautiful.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We called to complain about the work done on July 15th. When I called to complain I was told in situations like this they would send out a manager and set an appointment for Thurs. July 31st. When the tech arrived he knew nothing about a recall or that a manager was supposed to be here.
He called the office and was told there was no manager available and that he should
try and redo the cleaning. I have no complaints with him or his efforts but he was not able correct the damage the the first tech did. It looks like the water he used was dirty
and has left dark streaks in the carpet. It looks horrible and at this point it appears that we might have to replace the carpet.

Why was a manager not made available? What are the next steps Zerorez plans to take?

Your agent was very helpful in recommending services needed. It appears that most of the stains are removed. He put the shifted furniture back in place. Good job!

The carpets didn't have a soapy smell, just clean. Also, they dried quickly. The technician explained the service and product and did a fantastic job.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Carpet cleaning was fine, the 'free' 100 sq ft. tile cleaning not as good - left a soapy residue that I'm cleaning up myself. Also the 'Jody Dean' special was supposed to come with 2 Hawaiian Falls tickets - I forgot to ask for and did not receive.

What could we do to improve?

I felt like once the technician saw I had pets and didn't pay for pet odor removal that he didnt even try to remove any stains. He did my entire house in 30 - 45 min. I was disappointed

Give a more thorough estimate of what the cost is and what other products will be offered depending on conditions. Springing costs on customers is poor business.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Have the office or the driver call 30 minutes prior to arrival as promised. There was no call which left us scrambling to put the last items away. I was still in bed when the technician arrived.

Do not try to upsell when he starts cleaning the carpet.

Wording on invoice was unprofessional: ... "customer just wanted bandaid."
