The house smells so clean after our service, and it's so nice to have clean carpets.
On the phone I was quoted a price of about $126. I did ask them to apply scotch guard in addition to the cleaning. When I paid the bill, I was charged $222. That is just too much!

When I hear an ad on the radio station and your running a special, if course I want to have my carriers cleaned, on a budget. The past two times I feel like your carpet technicians have tried to sell me something. This past time it was some carpet conditioner that was going to get my carpets "deep cleaned!" Well that's very disappointing to me because the time before last they didn't try to sell me this carpet conditioner and never once did he say my carpets were not going to get as clean without this stuff. So I feel like my cleaning was not the best you guys could've done because I didn't purchase this conditioner to get it deep cleaned. I feel very unsatisfied! Not only that, but your technician wear booties on their shoes, which is very respectful so they don't drag stuff on the carpet from their shoes. But they have to take the booties off of their doors when they go outside and come back in. It kinda defeats the purpose.
The carpet cleaning process does a remarkable job on the traffic stains. The carpet is just clean, but revitalized after your through with it.
Technician, the way my carpet looks after service was performed, and the smell...none.

The service was great, but I was told one price over the phone, and then it turned out to be $10 a foot higher (for cleaning a couch). That was disappointing, and I guess the fabric was too worn to come clean. I'm sure it couldn't be avoided; I was just hoping for a clean couch.
Service was great and professional. Products left no residue and we are very pleased with how clean our carpet is,
especially having pet accidents. Everything feels and smells very clean and sanitized. Would highly recommend your services.
The quick response to the "do-over" work. Also, the explanation of why certain areas of the carpet can't be cleaned.

I called and was told that the service van was about 45 minutes away. So I left work to rush home. Once I arrived home, the technician called to say he was 30 minutes away. Not sure what caused the timing issue, but it caused me to leave work earlier.

He actually knows what he's doing, he knows how to work, sell and keep the customers coming back. Definitely going to be requesting him for future cleanings. Anyone else will get a door slammed in their face.

We were a bit disappointed with the initial service; however, a supervisor came out and spent a lot of time making sure we were happy with the re-do.
