Take a little more time on spots and stains. Mine didn't come out this time. I've got to admit I was rather disappointed in how my carpets looked this time.

I felt it was rushed and would have liked a more thorough job

They cleaned the wrong room and missed the worst one in the house that wasn't listed. I asked them to clean and seal my granite counter tops in the kitchen. There is no visible difference to my counters. I was significantly overcharged for the service and when they left, they didnt leave me the follow up product I was promised that they claim was needed to preserve the seal.

Carpet feels soft and smells so clean.. It's like brand new! Very happy that there isn't any harsh chemicals!

I was not told about the Trip Charge when I made my appointment. I think all charges should be told upfront.

lay the costs out more clearly, the pre treat costs double the price of cleaning the room. and people typically want the carpets cleaned because of marks etc so likely need the pre-treat. Price on the day was a nasty surprise.

Timeliness and curtesy as well as good cleaning

I was quite disappointed when I discovered that my lamp on my scrapbook table had been hit, most likely by the arm of the operator or the wand of the carpet cleaner itself, & knocked over on the table. The force of the hit & the crashing of the lamp put a hole in the top of the table where the lamp had been secured to the table. A new scrapbook table now has to be purchased again.

It looks great. The only thing I found is that, when I put my nose to the floor where my dog peed, I can still smell it. The stain is definitely gone, and for that I'm thankful... My floors look fantastic.
