Max and the other gentlemen did a very thorough job of cleaning while maintaining a professional mannerism.

None of our furniture was moved at all. Not even a small chair. Was cleaned sound items. Even small craft cart with wheels was cleaned around.
I like the use of salt water rather than harsh chemicals to clean the carpets!

Carpet looked and felt very clean. Technician was friendly and professional. I wasn't happy that the connection (hose to truck) leaked and a few days later we had a 2x2" patch of dead grass from the chlorine in the solution, I assume.

You have such a good product that does a good job of cleaning carpet and your people are very professional and do a great job. I was very please once again with your service.
Do a better job at cleaning the first time. The manager should call or come and see what a bad job the cleaner did. The manager should follow up on the bad job and call to make sure things are better. I should get something for my trouble of having to take another day off. To fix the bad job the first guy did.
The second guy did a much better job. He did work harder. But there are still some stripes in the carpet. I will try someone else before coming back to you. And will not recommend.
I have been using Zerorez since they came to Texas, before they were even called Zerorez. After over 13 years, my carpets still look great! I have not even considered using any other company!
You get the dirt out and make my carpets and grout look great.
Not sure I can comment just yet carpet newly cleaned, pet stains an issue need to see if the high cost of treatment was worth it!!! Stains are not support to return we shall see fir 800.00
Respond to email requests for an appointment promptly. Be a little more user friendly when a prospect calls for an appointment.
They were to clean the grount in our kitchen made a big mess crossing our wood floors, and the grount lines look the same as before.
Charles, the technician was very thoughtful and did a great job. Thanks! Our new house once had a cat, which my husband is very allergic too. The cleaning prevented us from having to get a new floor.
I appreciated that Zerorez was responsive to my concerns (on a callback from an initial cleaning) where we had urine stains that were still showing up after pre-treatment and cleaning. Your techs Paul and Gabriel were well trained and considerate, and I appreciate the additional help to treat some tough stains in our rental property's carpet.

The carpets loor really celan. The technician was very throrough and careful. I could see trata he wanted to do a golf job.

Not charge for a fuel charge. Thats a stretch when you are providing a home service.
