Great customer service. The staff answering the phones are always nice and helpful and listen to what you need. Darwin cleaned my floors and did a wonderful job. I had drywall dust EVERYWHERE from work being done on my house and he was very knowledgable. Made me feel at ease that the floors would be well cleaned and taken care of. This was especially important to me because I have a little baby that would soon be crawling all over the place. He also seemed to genuinely care about the work he does - very impressed by him and the company! Would absolutely recommend them to my friends and family.
The technician does an excellent job and my carpet stays clean for much longer than other services I have used. FYI, I have white carpet.

The first time I used you I was satisfied. But the second time the carpet didn't come clean. I think the guy didn't use enough pores pot in the dirty areas and that why the carpet didn't come clean. I think you guys should do the cleaning again.

I love love love the Pro Plus machine that lifts the carpet fibers before cleaning. That, to me is the big difference between Zerorez and other "green" carpet cleaning businesses.
The carpet smelled clean and fresh and made the whole house feel cleaner.
The hot extraction method seems to make the most sense if one wants a clean carpet.
Not so much upscale. I told you over the phone that the stains were feces and food. I should have been told then of the added cost to treat those kind of stains. Thank you in advance v

Your people set the time for our cleaning from 1:30 to 4:00pm yet you called after 4:00 to say your guy would arrive in 30 to 45 minutes. When I questioned why he didn't come at the originally scheduled time the guy on the phone said I was wrong that the time he had was between 4 and 6. Seriously ticked me off that he was basically telling me that I had gotten the time wrong. The problem with his accusation was that I have the call on my answering machine. He was WRONG and I just had to deal with the inconvenience of having waited all afternoon and then my husband coming home from work, he couldn't change, and I couldn't make dinner. Seriously messed us up. Then to top it off I had to stay with the guy and move furniture because he said certain things were against policy for him to move. I had the furniture on sliders, I'm 5 feet tall and a little over 100 pounds soaking wet and I had to do the work plus lift the wood furniture and put the spacers underneath so the bottom wouldn't get water damaged. I think he started feeling bad because he eventually started doing it. So if you insist on scheduling the time of the appointments you should make sure that you and your people have the correct time. Also I was never told that I should vacuum before y'all came. Good thing I had already done that or he might not have finished until midnight.
This was the first time I was not pleased with initial pricing. Seemed to be a discrepancy between service person and minimum charge. In the end, Zero Rez was able to take care of my concern, thank you.
I appreciate the resolution and will continue to use your service. I appreciate the fact that Mike the service person, Barbara (phone) and manager were all willing to listen and help resolve the issue.

Love the "green" aspect of your service. Also amazed at the speed of the process, including drying time. My carpets are old, but using Zerorez gave them an extended life.
