I got exactly what was advertised - no residue left behind and no chemical smell! Staff was prompt, curtious and thorough. Took longer to fully dry than advertised, but that was okay. Would like to see some kind of reduced contract package to come every 3 months.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The technician who serviced my home was thorough in the first room where I had the most issues. Upon completing this room, he requested my approval, which I gave, and he moved on to the next two rooms. I also pointed out other issues in the master that I wanted addressed. However, I failed to check the last two rooms before he left, and when he was gone, I noticed the areas were not cleaned to my satisfaction. There were still dark spots and a definite line around where I had had a carpet protector placed. It seemed as if he had spent a lot of time in the first room, which I was very satisfied with, but had just kind of quickly cleaned the other two rooms. Also, I remember being surprised how quickly he had finished the last two rooms after having spent so much time in the first one, but I just figured it took more work to address my main problem area. He was pleasant and courteous. He had a very friendly demeanor and was professional. I would be glad to have him serving my customers if it were my business. I feel that the dissatisfaction with the quality of the service is also partially my fault because I didn't check the work and give my approval.

I am a repeat customer. The cleaning of the carpet was satifactory; however, the cleaninng of the tile was somewhat less. It looked good while it was still wet but once it dried, it became obvious there were numerous missed spots. I am reluctant to blame the technician because he was ill.

your staff was very friendly, but I paid $325 with tax for you to clean my couch and the stains came back within 24 hours after your staff left. I could have gotten those results with a cleaner I do myself and saved myself $300.

Disappointed that we had to pay thru the roof for pet stain treatment. I knew the $99 deal to clean 3 rooms was a scam.

I appreciate Cesar, the technician, very much. He is very professional, polite and does an excellent job. I had him the 1st time and requested him again.
The only problem was I could not print the coupon for $25.00 off the service that was emailed to me. Cesar said if he took the email with the information showing $25.00 off, company would deduct it from his check. I did not want that, so told him not to worry about it. Please make it easier to print out the coupon or it is not going to help your customers.
Other than the coupon issue, the product and service is excellent!!!

While I appreciate the prompt service, our technician arrived a few hours early and I had to cancel an appt to come home. In addition, when I booked the reservation I was told I would receive a gift card for dinner and 150 square feet of tile cleaned for free. The technician did not know what I was talking about regarding the free tile cleaning. Therefore, I did not receive that portion of the deal. Also, I am not sure when I receive the gift card. Does it come in the mail?

We requested tile cleaning services a second time due to missed cleaning areas the first time. The service person who came to our home did not really want to help us and had an attitude about doing the job a second time. I would like to speak with management about having someone who can clean our floors correctly without drama

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The second Technician that was sent to 'fix' the smell issues we are still experiencing said that there was nothing that could be done. The problem is our carpet/pads and no amount of cleaning will help. We wish this would have been brought to our attention with the first Technician. We would have only had the air duct service performed, and used the money we spent (wasted) on the carpet cleaning, as a payment or partial payment on NEW carpet and padding! My husband was told by the first technician at the time of the cleaning, that it was a 'pet smell' and he would apply the Pet Treatment. The invoice does not reflect this service, and the second technician said it would not have helped.

ALSO, the Permanent Air Filter that we ordered and paid for, $140, has not arrived. According to the invoice listing all of the money we paid out, we were to "Please allow 2 weeks for delivery." Invoice is dated 07/16/2014.

We are highly dissatisfied with the amount of money that we spent. We did not receive the quality of service that I had come to expect, per all of the radio and tv spots and endorsements I have seen and heard.

A Refund of the money spent on the carpet cleaning is the minimum we would expect at this time. If the carpet service was this poor, we have to wonder if the duct service was even performed correctly!? I know that the technician left our counters and floors with debris where it blew out of the vents in various rooms.
