Carpet was cleaneed as promised especially the tough stains in one room.

I like the fact no chemicals are used.

My sister who moved into the house said that although the stains for the most part seemed removed there was still a strong pet urine smell when they moved their furniture in. I paid the tech extra to use the special pre-treatment and enzyme specifically for this issue and it sounds that it did not work out. Plus I never relieved my gift card to the restaurant when I used the R.J. Choppy from 105.3 (The Fan) code. I paid much more than I was quoted and did not see the results i was hoping for, ..I might as well used my own Rainbow and took the time to do it properly myself.

1. The technician kept borrowing my husbands tools. Unusual for a professional service not to have their technicians

I love the carpet cleaning, but was very unhappy that the person there to clean the carpet did not have the exact quote given to me and asked me if I had the email from Zerorez. He recalculated the amount and I had to explain to him how the person that came to my home and quoted me did the original breakdown. Because of his confusion, it made me feel like the amount was going to increase; but it ultimately was very closes to my original quote. The field and corporate need to be on the same page prior to going to a client's home. The carpets were beautiful and despite the quote problem, I will use them again.

Great value for great work!!! The technicians are very professional and efficient. The job quoted was performed and no upselling by the techs. The carpets look really good and the process very smooth from the original call to the job completion.

I have a huge spot in my carpet that was not there before the cleaning. Several other spots were not removed. Extremely expensive and I am not happy with the results.

I got a different price for 4 rooms from the driver than my original quote by phone. If a quote can't be honored, how can I trust a good job will be done? Really bad start for a new customer. Doesn't make sense.

I thought cleaning my carpets with you because of your advertisements on the radio about cleaning pet stains, and other stains , that you would do a better job in getting them up. I did have the man go back over a spot by my fireplace which he did, I was just not impressed. The last company who cleaned it 8 months ago did a better job. I understand there are some stains that won't come up. Also paying an extra 60.00 a room for your pet cleaning is plain ridulous .

I like that the product is not soap based, my house smelled fresh and still does.

Quick, no chemicals

I contracted to have someone come to clean our carpets on August 14th for 99$.
The tech cleaned the areas we asked for then informed us that he had just stripped all the protective scotch guarding off the carpet and now it needed this put back on the carpet at $30 something a room. I declined.
He then gave me the bill with an extra $10 fuel charge.
NO ONE EVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT EXTRA CHARGES!!!
I did pay the amount required.
I called at 11:55 am to complain to a supervisor, I was informed she was not available and would call me back.
I called again at 5:10 pm. I spoke to a female supervisor.
I informed her of the incident.
I had to tell her the story multiple times due to a language problem.
I felt like I was the victim of deceptive trade practices.
I do not care for bait and switch tactics.
The supervisor agreed to refund my ten dollar surcharge.
It has been over a week and I have heard nothing from your company.
The longer this is drawn out, the less likely I am to recommend you.
