Clean, fast and very professional
The service is great, always on time, very polite and considerate. We were pleased with the results - blood is so hard to remove and it will never come out totally but you did try twice.
The associate was awesome! He was efficient and friendly. Our carpet looks great and he informed us of ZeroRez' services and products. Very impressive!!!
Quality of the results and professionalism of the technician.
The pricing seemed higher than usual. Not sure if I got caught in a marketing trap or not, but I thought $1,000 was high for carpet cleaning. Even with the pet flashing. Did not see all the guarantee or non guarantee verbiage until after I had paid and received my receipt via e-mail.
I am a Realtor and have referred business to Zerorez quite often. This was the firt time that I had been involved with actually retaining the service for a client.
Was pleased with the initial result. Will be interesting to see how the carpet looks on Sunday for the Open House.

Our first experience was much better than this second time we had Zerorez out. He was here 20 minutes at the most, I felt like it was a rushed job.

Getting pink/red stains out of carpet.
I was given one price, but when the technician arrived, he indicated that there would need to be an additional $25/room for deep cleaning. So the price nearly doubled. The floors, while improved, were not totally clean. Afterwards, we were able to gently scrub some of the places on the floor ourselves to remove remaining soil.
They are clean and smell clean.
It was hard for me to believe that the tech found cat urine in our carpit in several places when we do not own a cat nor ever had a cat in our house . We moved here in 2005. Please send me an explaination to how this occured. I have had my carpets cleaned twice since we moved in.
Very polite and knowledgeable. carpets look great for never being cleaned in 10 yrs. most stains came up- animal and kid stuff. would definately use again!
I was told when I scheduled the appointment that the cost would be 220 but if they needed to pretreat a stain it would be another $60. $670 was the grand total that we were charged... with 7 treatments 5 of which were all in the same small room (under 200 sq ft). The worst part is that the carpets do not look that much cleaner and the guy told my husband all those treatments would take away the smell of dog pee. It didn't take the smell away in that room even though the pee stains were only in two locations within the room because the room was filled previous to the cleaning with a large desk, a cedar chest, and a shelf. This was by far the worst $670 spent and since we have twin girls on the way now we are going to have to try to figure out what to do to still fix the problem with WAY, WAY less money to utilize towards it.
What can you do to make things right?
The only thing I could say that would make this right is either a) a refund of the "treatment" costs and did not work, or b) come back out and do it correctly for free.
I used your company because I hear about how great you are all the time on 94.9 KLTY and assumed you were a honest christian company. I am disappointed in my service and hope that it is not like this for all of your customers. :(

I liked how well the pet stain treatment worked. However, we would have like to have been offered the guaranteed versus non-guaranteed treatment. Your service person just did the non-guaranteed treatment. We would have most likely excepted the guaranteed treatment but your employee did not explain it to us.
Your products are as advertised on KRLD, no harsh chemicals, no soap residue. Our carpets and area rugs look like brand new. Your service technician, Darwin, was on time and extremely efficient.
Timely and affective
I really like that there is no left over soap/detergent in my carpet. It always smells fresh and clean after the floors are cleaned.

dare him the nerves of him and I mention how expensive you all where and that I will have to go back to my old company the tech then tells me well if
the company that you used is cheaper than us then you need to use them and not use....I WILL NEVER USE YOUR CONPANY AGAIN NOR WILL I REFER YALL TO ANYONE I KNOW.....VERY UNSATISFIED...
removed tough stains from carpets

The house smells so fresh and the carpet looks amazing. Jamie was extremely professional and he always made sure I was satisfied with what he was doing to my carpeting.
My carpeting and tile looks like new. I know they will stay that way for a while because no soap was used to leave a film that attracts dirt. The young man, Chris that did my cleaning was excellent. He took is time and made sure that everything was cleaned and showed me just what he was doing. Will be asking for him the next time I need my carpets cleaned

Did not appreciate the phrasing left on my invoice. Basic carpet cleaning should have been sufficient. Sales/tech & customer service tell you 2 different things. Horrible experience.

My carpets and sofas look very clean. The servicemen were very polite and courteous. However, it was very expensive (not so much the carpet, but the sofas). Ouch!

I had contacted Zerorez because you all had 100feet of free tile cleaning as part of a 4 room special. I specifically asked if that included showers and I was told yes so I booked my appt. I even added an extra room on as well and had a carpet repair done. The technican did what he is calling a "maintenance clean" on the shower. It didn't look any better than when he started. He indicated that you have to use harsh chemicals to remove soap scum. I was able to remove more than your "maintenance clean" in just a few minutes with an over the counter cleaner. He called the manager to explain that I was unhappy. The manager informed him there was nothing he would do because I had not scheduled a "restoration clean". I have never even heard of a restoration clean before.I still have additional rooms that I was planning on scheduling to clean next week. I also have over 600 of carpet stretching that needs to be done and carpet dying. All of which I had planned to book with your company. After the way the manager handled my complaint I will never do business with your company again. All it would have taken was a simple reduction in my over 250 bill to keep me as a loyal customer. Instead all the tech could do was to apologize. He himself and his helper were amazing. Very professional given the circumstances. My carpets have also taken over 24 hours to dry and there are still some spots that are wet even though I have kept the fans on all day and night. Not what your company adverstises for sure.
