How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I had my carpets cleaned at the home I was selling on 8/23, we requested that the dog hair be removed as part of the cleaning from the carpeted areas of the home. The buyers did a final walk through the next day and found that large clumps of black dog hair was left behind all along the baseboards of the home after Zerorez had performed the "cleaning". This nearly forced us to delay closing of the sale this last Monday, 8/25. In order to close on time we were forced to pay the buyers an additional $200 out of our pocket so they could go with another vendor to get the cleaning done to their satisfaction. As a result of this experience I will never use or recommend Zerorez as a carpet cleaning solution again.

I liked the last person you sent to our home. Edgar was a professional and did his best to improve the appearance of our floors. Edgar had a great attitude and showed a willingness to help which was most appreciated. You have an excellent employee in Edgar.

When I set the appointment Ihad askedto havthe airducts cleaned. There was no mention about the units being cleaned. I was quoted one amount, but when the tech came to the house, we were tld that it would be a complete clean and that he would have to clean the units also. So the amount I budged was way off. Sort of a bait and switch. The carpets look great an the stains were removed, but the cost was too high.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

1. I received a call indicating can the technician call early than appointment. I said no and I gave the reasoning i.e. cleaners are cleaning the house (after seller moved out). And representative responded to me that she will tell technician to come in the scheduled time.
But technician showed up about 45 minutes early. When I asked him why he showed up early, he startight said that representative asked me to come early. Did he lie ?

When I gave him reasoning why I wanted him to come at scheduled time, he rudely said, if you want to clean, clean it now or reschedule. I did not want to reschedule, so i agreed, even though the house cleaning in the area where carpet had to be cleaned was not completed by my cleaners.

2. He looked at carpet with his blue torch and said carpet has pets pees and I need to do pet treatment at $60/room, which would have become approx $500 more. It was just few places it was shining. So, I called the seller to ask if he owned a pet. And he replied that he has never owned a pet and he is the 1st owner of the house. He kept trying to sell me BS saying family won't be safe without this treatment. Finally I decided he is BSing so I left it and went with basic cleaning/

3. My game room was more than 200 sq. ft. So, he said it will be double charge for that room i.e. $29 more.
When I talked to representative, she said- we charge $15 extra for oversize room. So, right there he charged me $14 extra and lied to me as well.

4. Then comes little gallery between rooms. I still don't understand how he charged it,
but he said, he will make it a room and charge $29. I think he told me $3/ liner feet, but representative said it is $2 / linear feet. It might be close here.

5. After all was done, he said, I will make you my raving fan, are you good.. I just nodded.
Then he says, after all I came early as well so you should be raving fan.. That was irritating.
