You guy came out the second time to clean my carpet because they didn't clean it well the first time and it was like night and day. He cleaned it and everything came clean. Paul done a fantastic job.

I know there are no guarantees in life but I have to say I am very disappointed in this latest cleaning. We let the RV air to dry but today there is still a very strong cat urine odor.I really need another pet treatment.
The young man who came did an outstanding job. We do appreciate the fact that the carpets are clean with NO residue. There were a couple of really nasty stains and they are all gone. So we are quite pleased.
Nick was great. He took time to explain and extra energy to make sure I was satisfied.
I'm just sooo very impressed with how clean my carpet is now, and the tech who came to our house....can't remember his name, but he was super fantastic!!

I was happy with the service, but I was unhappy with how much I was charged for it. The pricing for the cleaning it self was as advertised, but the stretching of my carpet was more expensive then I had anticipated. I understand that an estimate for stretching can not be done over the phone, but I did call to see if I needed to have somebody over at my house to move furniture when the technician decided what needed to be done. The representative on the phone assured me that the technician could move light furniture and help me move larger furniture if necessary, and thus another person would not be required. What the representative did not tell me was that the technician could move furniture, but for $50 each piece of furniture. I could have moved this furniture myself had I known before hand and saved myself at least $200. Please be more straight forward with the customers, so that they know what to expect and are not surprised by the price.

My carpet looks like new & the work was done well...The man, however who did the work asked me why I chose Zerorez rather than my maintenance at my apartment which was inappropriate. It may turn a future customer off.
My carpet smells & feels very clean. I would use your service again but make sure you bring extra hose for my 2nd floor apartment.

Professional and reliable service.
Technicians were prompt,curteous and expedient in their work. However, light chairs and end tables were not moved for cleaning as I was led to believe they would be unless I requested specific furniture pieces. Carpet feels "stiff" rather than soft after Dual Action Fiber Protectant; hopefully multiple vacuuming will correct.
Missed first appointment the phone quote went from 150 to 550 when technician got to house. Another company did same job for $200 and it looks amazing

Calling in to clean a commercial building, I was told Jeff was over commercial , and he would return my call in 20 minutes, Did not call me back . I work for a construction company and was very excited to use your company to promote further use of our jobs and even our personal homes. I never received a call back, I called in the next morning, was told he was on vacation, wasn't to happy . Was told his manager Anna would call me ( this was around 10 am) I waited until 3:30pm 1 hour before I am due to leave, never got a call back , I finally called and had to wait, Was specific about instruction as this building has a religious group in it that women are not allowed to be seen by outside men. So therefor coordinating a specific time was very important. The next day I got a call back from Jeff, who left a message for me stating he didn't know what they were supposed to do. Automatically did not sit well with me, since being in a company who is constantly busy , professionalism is huge. I also went over for a while with Anna about the specifics. I was told since I didn't know the exact square footage I would get an estimate and then they would clean same day. Realizing the tech ( after he had called to let me know he was at the location , He was very nice) had been cleaning for 2 hours and I had yet to get a actual footage and or dollar amount, had to call back up to Anna to get an amount. It just felt like it wasn't very professional. Besides that , Barbara who answers the phone was very sweet and so was the tech.
