18 year old Carpet looks almost new!!
Most spots in rooms remained once carpets dried
I called with an emotional request for service just hours after our beloved family pet of 19 years passed away. The young lady who took my call offered sincere condolences, and found a way to have someone at my door within hours, that very same day. Max and his partner were extraordinarily understanding, professional, and efficient. They moved quickly and left my home completely clean, sanitized, carpets sparkling. No surprise - I am consistently amazed at what you all can do! Please thank Max again for his words of kindness and inspiration at this time - miles above and beyond his job description Big Max - now there's a keeper!
The man that came and cleaned our carpets was a delight!! He was polite, kind, and respectful of our house. He was early and explained my questions very well. Would definitely recommend him and this company to anyone! Thank you!

This man is wonderful. He had been out before and came again yesterday. I was unable to be there so my parents were there. My Mother and father from LAs colinas said several times how polite and nice he was.

The carpet was clean and looked brand new
Fast and all of the stains came out.
I was expecting much better results after hearing all the hype about Zerorez on the radio. Fact is, the sofa still has spots on it and the recliner looks no different than it did before cleaning. The armrests were soiled. They did not come clean and there are spots there now that weren't there previously. I'm going to have to try to get them out with upholstery cleaner. In the technician's defense, it was late when he arrived and the lighting in the living room isn't good. I also didn't get my 10% discount but I forgot to ask for it so that's my fault.

I had the best guy over on Friday. He knew what he was talking about, he took his time to clean my carpet. My carpet looks as good as new.
