Very prompt, courteous & cleaned carpet very well.
The technician was very knowledge about your products and the carpet cleaning business.
Cost quoted originally 300-400, total bill was 800. Ridiculous. Also used new preventative treatment. Dog urinated on carpet, and I was unable to get the stain out. In addition, I have a photo of one of my area rugs that was "cleaned" on premises and 3 spots of dried on food substance were not even touched. Unacceptable. I am very unhappy with the service.

I like the proven science behind your product, having a chemical-free cleaning. I use ZeroRez at my commercial buildings. Whenever one of my office tenants asks for a carpet cleaner recommendation, my only response is ZeroRez. Bob McKee, my commercial account manager, is great! He and his team get it done. In the six years I have used ZeroRez, there has been only one time I was not happy with the end result. They came back out and re-cleaned with no questions asked and at no additional charge.
I also use ZeroRez at my house. Earlier this week they came out and treated my carpets. As always the team did a fabulous job. Max and Charles, the technicians that arrived at my house, were extremely professional and friendly. It is a joy to know you will have peace of mind knowing you will receive great service.

Although I never actually saw the technicians, they came when they were scheduled and both times after they finished the carpets looked like new. Awesome!!!!

allow people to be billed for your service............. or at least tell people they are going to have to pay the day of service.
The technicians did a great job and were very careful not to damage anything in our home. When I made the appointment, was told the techs would arrive between 4 and 6:30 pm and that I would receive a call 30 minutes before arrival. I called at 6:25 because I hadn't heard anything and was told they were on their way. They did arrive within 15 minutes or so. My only disappointment was not receiving the 30 minute "on their way" call. Other than that, I was very satisfied.
The service tech was professional, early and very knowledgeable. He was a pleasure to work with.
I have ALWAYS recommended you highly, but this time Ive been left with spots that were not removed in some places. That's never happened before.
