You did not show up both times you said you would. You called the first time and said a truck had broken down but then were late for your 4pm appt.

The level of professionalism was below average. Also, an area on the sofa was missed and a follow up visit was necessary. Not what I expected from this company.

GREAT JOB!!! I HAVEN'T SEEN THE CARPETS SO CLEAN SINCE WE BOUGHT THE HOUSE 8 YEARS AGO. MIGUEL WAS GREAT, HE TOOK THE TIME TO ASK WHERE THE PROBLEM AREAS WERE AND MADE SURE AL STAINS WERE REMOVED. GREAT SERVICE, I COULN'T BE HAPPIER WITH THE RESULTS AND THE SERVICE.. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

We really like the gentleman that came out to clean our carpets! He explained all options to me and let me make a decisions based on the information provided to me first.

Professonal, courteous. Cleaned 1/2 of a sample piece of carpet to show me the improvement. Took advantage of the free tile cleaning. The tile hasn't looked this good since I moved into the house in 2000. Of course, I bought the sealing so it will stay that way!

Always great service and I'm amazed how good my carpets look. I have one room that has had anything from automotive grease to dog stains and when Zerorez leaves the carpet looks brand new!
