The main stains in my carpet are still there.
Gabriel did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. He took his time and the carpets looked and smelled great. He was a hard working and friendly young man. I will ask for him in the future.

this is the 4th time I have used your service and since the first time which was great, each time after was not. on my first visit the tech pointed out spots and used different equipment to attemp to remove them. the most recent visit, the tech only seemed interested in pet treatment, which was an additional $60 per room. I allowed the pet treatment, but several stains remain on the carpet which may or may not be pet related as this is a new house to me.

I know you were having an off day and some trouble with your trucks, but I still had to wait a long time for service. You offered me a discount, which was nice but I wish the tech. would have gone over a more heavily traveled area a couple more times because it just didn't come out very clean.

the serviceman was very professional and informative. the results were amazing. vacuumed the day after and the carpet is like new. there was one issue and that was the carpet was still wet at 9:00pm after an 11:30 finish. But was very pleased and will use your company again in about 9 months.

Zerorez is all (and more) that it claims to be. A few years ago my daughter said that I needed to have my carpets cleaned. I told her I had used carpet cleaners before, and all they did was 'ruin' my carpets. The carpets never looked or felt the same again; they were simply made old before their time. She insisted that Zerorez was different, so I decided to take a chance. She was right. Zerorez made my carpets look like new _ maybe better.
Yesterday, I had my living room carpet cleaned. Your wonderful young man, Reagan, was amazing. He even manage to remove some rust stains made by the wheels of my piano. Spectacular! And today I have literally been rolling around on the carpet as if it were a freshly made bed. As you may have guessed, Zerorez not only improved my carpet, it did wonders for my attitude, too. Thank you for your great concept. It is truly a boon to the environment, and to the health and happiness of your customers.

Well, I've used you several times and the carpet has been very clean. This time it wasn't as clean. But the largest concern was the intense smell of bleach. I had to leave doors open for the entire rest of the day to get the smell out. I've never had that before. I called the office and was assured someone would call me but I've not yet gotten a call.
