No cleaning solutions or chemical smell
My carpet gets very clean!
Every one is very nice & helpful, however we did not hear from you when we sent our rugs
out. We had to call you. We are very happy with our clean rugs. We will use your service

Your carpet cleaning is great! I will use your company for that again and will also recommend it.
On the other hand, your "in-house" area rug cleaning is awful; I might as well have burned the $160 I paid. I will never use that service again.
You also took an area rug back to be cleaned; I have not unrolled it yet (they offered, but I need a new pad), but from what I can see, it appears that you did I nice job. I will let you know if I find out otherwise.
In summary, your carpet cleaning is the best I've used and I will use your company again. I will not be using your company to clean area rugs.
Our technicians were very friendly and courteous!! Could have done without the 100 sq ft of tile cleaning. Not sure what I expected, but all easy to wipe up spots remained after "cleaning".
The service was fast and affordable. The carpet looked great and we were very pleased.
