I feel like I got more than what was even advertised. Michael was professional and took the time to explain the reasons for pet treatment and fiber protection.
The only thing I could suggest is quicker drying, but that isn't usually a real problem.
My carpet looks great. It was very easy and quick to arrange a 2nd visit to treat a trouble spot.

The service does not seem any better than any other carpet cleaning service. Also, the advertisement says pretreated and sanitized yet you have to pay for pet stains seperatly? Your advertisements talk about pet stains. The 100 sq ft of tile cleaning is a gimmick. ZeroRez is only trying to entice you into purchasing more square footage at a ridiculous rate. The technician claims you will be able to tell a difference in the 100 sq ft versus the non treated tile! Ha! He couldnt even get the 100 sq ft clean. Not that he tried very hard. I would think it requires a different attachment from then the one he used to clean the carpet?
It was quick and the carpets looked good and smelled mucj better!!

This was my second time with Zerorez and I'm still impressed with the service I received. You get what you asked for, no additional or secret fees . Tommy was my service tech and he was great!!! It's so refreshing to work with a company you can TRUST.
Effectively removed the stains I was concerned about.
My only recommendation might be to ask about moving small items of furniture.....I had a couple of small chairs that I thought would be moved for cleaning, but instead the carpet was cleaned around them as well as a plastic carpet protector under a roll around office chair..... I know next time to ask about having a couple of small items moved......(technician was professional, courteous, and did a good job)
