I've used Zerorez several times and they are always very prompt, polite and good at what they do.

I would have appreciated a quote of the total price before work began. While they did everything I asked, I did experience quite the sticker shock. That can leave customers with a less than satisfied experience. The guys did a great job and didn't waste any time.

that they do not use chemical detergent. Rep was courteous and in uniform and very professional. They used guards so that our walls would not be scratched up. Very pleased!
My carpets were done Saturday morning, it is now Sunday 10:30 and my rooms are still really wet. The pet stains did not come out of the carpet. The radio station says your carpets will feel fresh and mine feel really duty and sticky. That is the reason I would not recommend this company. Also I was told I would get 100 sq feet of tile done that didn't happen and I was told I would get a 50 gift card I didn't get either. I just feel for the price I should have gotten better results.
