After Zerorez finished cleaning our carpeting, the house smells like we just installed new carpeting throughout the house, because the carpeting is naturally cleaned therefore bringing the newness back to life. None of that "motel" sweet smelling "stuff" that is used to mask a still dirty motel room and makes the new occupant things he/she has a clean room.

Quoted price was not what I was charged. I feel that I still got a good value so it was still a pleasant experience 6.

The technician said he was confident pet smell would be gone once the carpets were cleaned, however the smell remains. I was hoping for honest feedback prior to the job being completed because I was willing to replace the carpet if necessary. Unfortunately I've now spent $300+ on carpet cleaning that could have been put towards new carpet. The only way to make it right is to get rid of the pet smell or refund the $100+ cost of the special pet topical treatment that didn't sufficiently work.

I was told I would get a four room special for $29.99 and then when they got there I was told I needed the $60 a room treatment. I said I couldn't afford that and then he came back and said he would do the whole house for $250. It put me in an awkward spot so I did the whole house even though I only had $120 to spend. Otherwise I would be spending just that much for four rooms. The guy was nice and worked very hard. I was recommended from a good friend.

I had fabulous service the very first time. I told everybody. I totally got what I paid for. I recognize however, that something's changed in product OR equipment. So, there is nothing you can do.

Guys were GREAT! Love the fact that there's no soapy residue. A couple of my spots came right back after the carpet dried, but I wasn't surprised by that as I've been trying to get them out for years. But for the rest of the carpet, it looks great!

I very much liked how y'all cleaned and deodorized the duplex. So much so, that as soon as the other side is vacant we will be using Zerorez. Also we are now adding to our leases, that if someone has a pet they must use Zerorez at the end of a yr even if they lease it for another year.
