My carpet looked almost new. All the soiled spots were removed and the rep was very courteous and nice.
Clean water, no chemical spell.
Chris, your technician, explained the products used, the safety of them, showed me the pre-treated areas, and talked to me about the carpet....I was again impressed with the job he did and it didn't cost $800 :) besides he got out all the spots that have been on the carpet recently by grandchildren. Very very pleased.
The spot removal was very expensive. Also the house is vacant and they left it unlocked when they left.

The carpets did not come clean....

The 1st Tech did a bad job and left streaks on what he cleaned,I called and had a 2nd tech come on July 31st. We were told a manager would come because of the problem. The tech knew nothing about the problem and called the office, no manager was available and was told to try and clean the carpet again to see if he could correct the problem. He worked hard to reclean
the carpet but could not correct the problem. I was contacted by your company and they again said a manager would come out, on Aug. 14th, Luis, a tech showed up, again no manager available. Luis tried to clean a small sample section but he could not correct the streaks. He said he would talk with his boss the next day and that someone would be in touch with us. Well it has been over 2 weeks and no contact, apparently no one at Zerorez seems to care. If this can't be corrected we will have to replace the carpet. We are having a large wedding shower in our house in 2 weeks and don't want the carpet to look like it does.
I expect someone of responsibility to contact us to bring this problem to a conclusion. I don't want to see another tech.

Didn't like the fact that it cost more money to get the urine smell out of the carpet. It should have been included in the price
Stains are removed and service men are awesome.

We were charged for six gallons of pet stain removal at $ 75 a gallon.
The verbal quote from the Zerorez tech started at two gallons when he first looked at the house and then went to four gallons an hour into the work. The area cleaned for pet stain was so small it is hard to describe. Call it the size of one tenth of the size of one regular size bedroom.
The final bill at six gallons came to $ 450 which is rip off.
Should have never paid the bill, but I was distracted as I had to leave for an appointment. Have been waiting for a final invoice to be sent as promised by email but keep getting this rate us feedback request. have never received an invoice after two weeks. Very unhappy.
Will dispute the entire bill with my Credit Card company

I think if they took a little more time to get out spots or explain you why something would not come out.

The last time you came you did an excellent job. This time, your tech left my carpet sopping wet and a complete mess. I declined pet package because the cost went from $100 for 2 rooms to over $300. NEVER AGAIN will you step foot in my house. It took my husband and I hours of extra labor to remove the excess water and dry the carpet/padding. Funny, the first room turned out fine, but the Master bedroom appears to have been sabotaged. Oh, and your techs arrived at 11 a.m. and were GONE by 11:18. Funny how that works since they told me my carpets were in really good condition and you left my house smelling like someone had died. Thanks so very much. You should be ashamed.
The bedroom carpet does not look clean and there are still some places the grout in the bath just is not clean.

your product did remove all the stains on my carpet and it was not that wet I like that very much
I was quoted $155 plus tax over the phone with no mention of Hidden fees for closets or stairs. I specifically told the person this is a two story unit. If I had known it would cost over $200 I would not have used your service. This is dishonest and diseptive.
To be fair on my part - the cleaning results were great.
You can make things right by charging the fee I was quoted and refund the hidden fee.

Chemical free, fresh smell, rake clean look on carpet. Technician takes the time to do a great and thorough job.
