The man who came to do the work came exactly on time and went right to work. He moved the furniture and did a very good job. Since the stain is gone, I must assume your product it quite good.

What do you like about our products and services?

I am only rating our experience as a 9 to reflect the service that we received from Joseph on our last cleaning. The carpets were much cleaner this time and he was very personable. He would have received a 10 except we noticed that a few baseboards and our changing table had nicks in the paint due to roughness with the equipment around the edges of the room.

I am still displeased by the fact that the original technician (who was more of a salesman than carpet tech) talked me into spending another $150 telling me that the carpet would look 90% new. The carpet is old and I knew it wouldn’t look perfect but decided to spend the extra money since he was the “specialist” and knew what he would be able to get the carpet to look like. Needless to say, the carpets didn’t even look clean after our first cleaning and took about 48 hours to dry (rather than the 6-8 hours he told us). The worst part was that instead of writing this extra work up on the ticket as the cost for extra enzymes and a special machine to remove ground in soil that he sold me on, he wrote it up as cleaning of pet stains. As I told Joseph, I wasn’t worried about the two pet stains and I would never have paid an extra $150 to get rid of them. I was told the $150 was to get rid of the worn in soil throughout the carpets and when that wasn’t removed I was furious with being talked into a service that the technician later realized he couldn’t perform.

After Joseph re-cleaned our carpets, I’m now satisfied with the service that I should have received for the original $99 cleaning that I paid for. Joseph said that he would speak with the owner of the company and find a way to get me a refund for the additional $150 treatment that I was talked into purchasing and never saw the results from. Please let me know when this refund will be sent.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

My bill turned out to be double what was initially quoted. I had pet stains and recognize that the cost would be higher due to this fact but the amount used was twice what was quoted and at a total of $75 per gallon and 10 gallons it added up to $375 more than I expected. I could have replaced the carpet for the cost of the total bill for the cleaning. Next time I will. I will never call zerorez or recommend them to anyone I know.

What do you like about our products and services?

It was more expensive than I expected, but they did quality work. The carpet looks great and they also cleaned my tile. The bathroom tile and shower look great. My kitchen looks good, but it's not as good as the bathroom as far as how clean the grout looks after the cleaning.

I was somewhat disappointed in the quality of the cleaning this time as opposed to the other times you have cleaned the carpet. Not sure what the difference was but they do not look as clean this time.

When my tile was clean it was left with so much residue I ended up using my shark to steam all my tile areas again.also I never received the $50 gift card that was promised when I made my appointment. I would normally call but my husband said it wasn't worth it.

The carpet looked GREAT and felt soft(not CRUNCHY) under my bare feet ....Gabriel did an excellent job ....above and beyond the call of duty ! We try to go green as much as we can and zerorez is one of them. The technician (Joseph) was professional and showed us the amazing clean before and after. Particularly how clean the grout was after he was done.

What I really liked about Zerorez was the two technicians that cleaned my carpets. Joshua and Jesus were extremely polite and friendly. They went over what was to be done and the price so that there were no surprises. They were efficient and did a fantastic job. I would use and recommend Zerorez to anyone who needs carpet cleaning.

Where do I begin? Five rooms at $29.95 each magically came to over $400.00. I realized there would be additional charges due to the fact that there are several stairways to clean, but an additional $250.00 for stairs? Come on. Not only that, the work was done without moving any of the furniture. That's right, they just went around the furniture. To top it off, they didn't even bother to move the area rugs - just cleaned around them. Absolutely, positively the worst carpet cleaning I have ever experienced.

We booked telling the agent the house was being renovated and one piece of carpet was very old. The technician did not want to clean it. He should have been told by the office that this was a "try and see" piece of carpet. The carpet in the den looks "OK" There was a long line-type spot in front of the recliner that I had to ask him to go over again. He sprayed it with something but it did not come out. The following morning the stain had spread as if it had been diluted. I bought "Spot Shot" and got it out of the carpet myself. I also worked out three other spots that the cleaning didn't get. This was highly recommended service by a friend, but I don't think I would give the same endorsement.
