The customer service
Service was excellent and the technician (Gabriel) courteus , knowledgeable and on time . I would give him a 10+ .
There has been two attempts to get an odor out of 2 rooms. The odor still remains. We were not satisfied with the services after two applications. The carpet technicians were friendly and very professional!
The service we have received from the first visit several years back blew us away, but after that it has declined a little ever since and is now about what we would expect from any other carpet service. The first guy was amazing and put all of our furniture on those blue foam squares and moved light weight items out of the way to clean the entire room. But that was then and ever since unless I move every single little item in the room all of the times after the new guys only clean around small items like book baskets or children's chairs. I gave it a 7 because the guy was very friendly my wife said and did a great job on the parts of the carpet he did clean which was at least 90% or more. Just wished this new batch of guys would have taken a little more time to clean the whole room.
I was quoted one price then when tech was done the price was higher hundred dollars higher. He called his boss and they said that's what it is. That is just not right. I asked for a invoice tech said it would get emailed still don't have it. I WILL NOT USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN!
I can not tell the grout has been cleaned, and none of the very simple stains were removed. In the past the cleaning and attention to detail was much better. Very dissapointed in this transacation.
Our service man, Nick, was very patient and pleasant explaining your methods. I love the concept of only clean remaining. Hope you keep Nick on for a long time. He is a gem.
Used you twice. Both times, nice young men did the cleaning. Also made good suggestions for additional services.

You came out for an estimate for carpet stretching in 1 room. According to your technician the company charges $1.10 per square foot the restreching. Let me phrase it this way.
That is more than I paid to have the carpet installed and I requested 3 other quotes and all 3 vendors came back with prices that were at least 50% below your estimate. I will under no circumstances recommend you to anyone when it is readily apparent your prices are ripping off the general public. The same technician also found it appropriate to ignore my wife during the entire conversation. Maybe in his culture men make the decisions but in our household and culture it is a joint decision and in our case my wife actually worked in the carpet industry for a number of years and possesses far more expertise than I in this area.
I am still waiting for a call to deliver my area rug. It has been over 4 weeks.
They work so well! The difference it made to our ceramic tile is especially dramatic, and the carpet looks so much better, as well.
There were just a few minor spots that came back, but I will DEFINITELY use ya'll again.
The technician was great, but I was disappointed at the end of the cleaning process when he informed me that he USED 5 GALLONS of some type of product to remove and sanitize stains at $75 a gallon. I am not sure how you could use a 5 gallon bucket of solution in one 14 x 20 room?? Zerorez charged me an extra $375 and I was not pleased. I could understand maybe 2 gallons of cleaner, but 5?!?

Best carpet service I have ever used! Carpets are clean and soft after service. Stay clean longer. I have used you for a few years, now, and have recommended you to friends and neighbors. Will continue to do so! Didn't realize what an excellent job you can do on tile grout. I will have you back to clean the tile!!

Since you use water, there is no chemical residue or soaps left in the carpet. It has a cleaner, fresher scent. It is my understanding using water only will promote a longer life

Worst cleaning ever! Pre treating spots would
have been nice. Using your water instead of mine
might have resulted in a better outcome. Wiping up excess water left
on the tile would have been nice especially since
my daughter slipped on a puddle.
I love that there are NO chemicals and EVERY time we've use them, we have never had ANY stains come back up like other people say their companies do with chemicals...very safe for your family. I've never used anyone else. Also our carpet is VERY, VERY cheap and 10 years old and after ZeroRez comes, it looks like brand new carpet. We had a lot of stains and spots and not ONE is still there.

Like the professional way of the people that clean the carpet also liked the job that they did with stretching our carpet. It looks very nice. Seams are well hidden. The carpet looks very good & didn't take long to dry.
