I called because I listen to KLUV radio, Jody Dean. He swears that you can get oil paint and other stains out of carpet, including pet stains. I paid a lot of extra money to remove pet stains only to find out that the answer is NO. Why are pet stains worse than oil paint? Also, I asked at the time of order that a couple of areas needed to be re-stretched. The first and second person (he came to finish cleaning some areas that were missed by the first person) that came out did not bring their carpet stretcher. This is still not done. I just expected more from your company based on your advertisement and Jody Dean's personal endorsement.

I like the chemical free cleaning solution used and the way my carpets feel - so soft. The house had a very "clean" smell once the cleaning was completed and it looks fantastic. We bought our home not quite a year ago and were worried that we would need to have the carpet replaced. It now looks as good as new. Very pleased. My favorite thing about my personal experience was the technician, Nick, who came out. He was professional, polite, and just such a gracious person. He worked very hard and was just a great representation of Zerorez. Honestly, the best carpet cleaning experience I've ever experienced... across owning 5 different houses over the years.

When the large hose comes through the door from the outside, it would be nice to have something to keep the door from swinging all the way open the entire time. When it's 97+ degrees outside and there are multiple rooms to be cleaned.......

The price to clean the tile was much higher than the quote- I spent several hundred more dollars than I expected.

One bedroom had a lot of stains from a teen girl. Without pre-treating, all the stains were removed except one small red stain. The tech was very courteous as well. Awesome job.
