Carpets not real clean, and smell coming back. When we clean them ourselves we get them cleaner.
The time of the appointment was to late. We were charged $300 to clean our carpet, because of the stains. This is way too expensive. We have used you in the past , but won't be using you in the future.
I had heard about Zerorez from the radio but was still no quite sure if it was the direction I wanted to go. I was closing up my mothers home and the carpet had not been professionaly cleaned for about 6 years it was in really bad shape spills dog urine and lots and lots of traffic. The zerorez tech came and was very poilte and very knowledagable. He was on time and started immediately upon arrival. After completion the carpets looked great it removed 99% of the stains and left no smells, residue, urine, food or drink stains. I will use them again and refer them to everyone I know. To say I am highly satisfied is not enough they were great. I would also like to say the women that answered the phone were knowledgeble and very very customer service oriented. ZEROREZ was a great experience.

There was a $10.00 fuel charge added to my bill. Since it is impossible to clean my carpet without coming to my home, charging for fuel is not only outrageous, it is false advertising.
Zerorez uses water and no chemicals. This makes it safe to be in the house while the cleaning is being done and afterward when the carpets quickly dry. Mitchell, our service associate was great! He explained what he was doing, kept me updated during the cleaning, answered questions that I had and was very helpful!
