Ricardo was very efficient and courteous. Unfortunately I was not financially able to spend the money to get the carpet taken up and the psd cleaned so the pet smells are still there. 😢

I was disappointed in the call taker. She didn't write up the order as I requested. I requested a whole house + the study. The study didn't make it into the order. Also, I requested work on the thresholds and that tack strip be added to the order. That info didn't show on the morning order. Justin didn't know about it until after he arrived, leaving me the job of going to Home Depot to purchase it.

The carpet was still dull looking. It was not lite fluffy. It was wet for two days. It still does not look clean.

email confirm appt on website doesn't work. Tasha in call center was not helpful. two appts and no one called and gave me notice prior to arrival. Both times techs called and were sitting outside my house. Miguel couldn't take a credit card and couldn't answer why.

I was shocked that my rent house had become so soid. The carpet looked hopeless but Zerorez did a miracle. It looks great! Your guys worked hard and in a professional manor. See you again some time. P.S. I never got my gift card for Gaucho Steakes. So sad!!!

Work of technician was excellent...I am very satisfied with the work done, but cannot understand the expense of almost $500. I thought I would receive an itemized receipt, but have not. I would recommend the quality of work and extra effort of technician, but the cost of carpet protection and furniture cleaning can not be justified. The technician did 2 chairs for free...why not just reduce the cost of cleaning the sofa? The carpet cleaning was $99... The 2 cushion microfiber coach was $120 (I think...I have no receipt)...but then the addition of carpet protection more than doubled the price. Yes, I knew the cost before the work was done, so this is a case of "buyer's remorse". I cannot justify the expense to use your company again.
