I don't know where to start. I wanted to have kitchen tiles cleaned and when told it would be over $500.00 I just said forget it but then was told to name my price. (red flag) I told him I could maybe do $200. When he said ok I was pretty sure I was being taken advantage of. My kitchen is 235sq feet your add said with four rooms of carpet 100sq feet of tile free? Add also said $50 dollar gift card that I never received.

The original price discussed with my wife was 300. After all services were done the employee provided an invoice for over $500. We also never received the gift card to the steak house that was suppose to be included with the services.
Carpet is probably cleaner than it has been in years and it also has a good, clean smell which is even a bigger plus! The tech was courteous, very professional, and very knowledgeable. We will definitely use Zerorez each year for our carpet cleaning purposes!

We had Zerorez out to clean our carpets in May. Unfortunately, there were 3 stains the guy did not get out. We missed the 30 day guarantee window because a coffee table was partially blocking 2 of the stains. Moved it last week and there they still were. Decided to give Zerorez another chance and very happy we did. This technician was great - all the stains are now gone!
We close business at 2pm on Saturday. I let them know that when I made the appt. The guys got here at 4pm. Email stated that o would get a phone call confirming the appt and giving me a 3 hour window of time that they would be here, but I did not receive the phone call. Would like for them to be able to show up closer to closing time.
