Service techs are always on time and very professional. This time I had Paul and he did a great job.

I know it's probably normal strategy to try to upsell the customer. In our case, Regan tried to get us to purchase some granite cleaning. I don't really like the technique, but I understand. That being said, everything else about the service was fine.

My tile floor was damaged by your employee. He destroyed the design of the tile by taking off the design on the tile. I have contacted manager about this and didn't get a concern response.

They don't have harsh chemicals so I don't have to worry about my animals. The Man that provided the service was very friendly and very quick.
consistency on "walk thru". i did not get one. if a small entry way to another room is not included,tell your customer what the additional cost would be. i have two of these and one was cleaned, the other was not and it was not brought to my attention. i came to find out when the tech was in the process of putting up the equipment. also, although it was a humid day, the drying time was much longer. it was closer to midnite and even then, i still had to fan one of the bedrooms the next day.. i absolutely like your cleaning method, but things that i mentioned will only help your company's name.
Darwin did a fantastic job on the carpet repairs and the deep cleaning. He recommended cleaning and sealing my kitchen floor and did a fantastic job on that too!
Serviceman did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. He took the time to make sure they were clean and I was satisfied.
I am very particular when it comes to carpet cleaning, I have been very satisfied with the customer service from the Tech's that Zerorez sends.
When carpets dried there were several dirt spots in living room and 1 in guest bedroom...I had to remove spots with Resolve on my hands and kneevs...scrubbing.
There is nothing I care for you to do...This is the 2nd disappointment and the last.
