What do you like about our products and services?

The service tech was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He did an excellent job and worked efficiently. I like the fact that there are no harsh cleaning chemicals used for getting the carpets cleaned.

What do you like about our products and services?

Zerorez has continued to prove themselves as a company you can feel good about supporting with your hard earned dollars. We have utilized their services since 2001 and have consistently been pleased with the results. The technicians are respectful and informative. We have never felt pressured for the up sale and to me that's a win. They let us know what they can do, what it will cost and then respectfully complete the work in a timely manner. You can not go wrong with this company :)

The technician had really bad body odor and was almost more concerned about being friendly and giving me other tips on floor care than getting down to business and getting the job done.

Your service made my old carpet look so much better. When my carpet installer was injured in an accident, I had to make my carpet last a while longer and that's when I called you. I can now wait on my contractor to heal without enduring dirty carpet. Thank you.

What do you like about our products and services?

Your technician, Mike, was awesome. Arrived early, walked through with me and was very receptive to my questions. Throughout his time in my home he was very respectful of me and my home. The carpets look amazing! This is the first professional cleaning that has been done on them, I previousily did them myself. Stains I only dreamed would go away are gone! Thank you for a wonderful experience and the beautiful results!

The gentlemen that did ours were very friendly and professional. I am so pleased my carpet looks brand new. They also cleaned my grout and wow what a difference. All around awesome job would recommend zerorez to anyone that needs carpet or grout cleaned!!!!

You did not disappoint. The owner who met you said you did a great job. I think, as the realtor, the carpets really needed to be replaced. They are 3 years old with a tenant so will not look great anyway.

I would get writer's cramp if I were to list them here. At the time of this writing, I am still owed a $60 refund for an overcharge. I have not received the check, nor have I received a promised call back from the "new" manager (conveniently not the manager who approved the cutting of the check...who is also conveniently no longer with the company).

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The last time I had my carpets cleaned the technician was great! He was very informative and even used a machine to bring the dirt to the surface, he was here for 1-2 hours and did 3 rooms. This time, a different tech came and he was here for maybe 30-40 minutes. He did 4 rooms. When I asked him about that machine, he said "there were only 6 working, and he didn't make it in time to pick one up." Last time, it seemed like the carpets looked 'cleaner' for a longer period of time. Its been 3 days, and I already feel like I can see darker areas reappearing to the surface. He never put out any fans as he was working from room to room. I feel like it is your companies responsibility to offer a standard of service, if you are unable to do this (ie. Providing all of the correct equipment to each technician), then don't bother taking the appointment and wasting your customers TIME and Money!

We are very unhappy. We haven't moved into the house and we went back today and the house has a horrible smell and a bunch of stains have appeared. We emailed pictures.
