The professionalism and service are great. Wish you had better ability to remove spots and darkened traffic areas. That's my only complaint.

We were pleased with the service and product. The technician was courteous, attentive to our needs and efficient. When the job was completed, the carpet didn't have a funny smell and also it dried quickly.

Your company nickle and dimes to be able to promote lower up front prices. NOT GOOD!
I used you because of the advertising on WBAP. I trust those guys. But what you offer such as extra charges for rooms over 240' is rediculous. Most of the listeners for WBAP, statistically, have larger homes. To charge extra for over that is rediculous. Also, let me get this correct, to clean the edges of the carpet cost extra!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It would seem that this would be included in the carpet cleaning price. So, cleaning the carpet does not mean cleaning the total carpet only the area reachable by the wand! And to have the total carpet cleaned , meaning the edges, you must pay extra?
Shame on you guys and your company!!!!!!!!
I do like the results of you cleaning process, but, this nickle and diming needs be revisited. The $99 special ended up costing $240, no to special, rather typical.
