The service man was on time and polite. The job he did was much better than I expected. My carpet is old and I didn't know how it would clean up.

Zerorez made my carpets look close to new. My carpet were in real bad shape, and I was surprised how clean zerorez got the. The technician was very good and through. He was on time.I also liked the fact that zerorez did not use any soap in there cleaning. I will definitely use again.
It was very Quick but I really did not see any change on the free tile clean.. It really look the same. Tech was nice he had some problems with the equipment which i helped him with. Overall carpet looks great.
First two trucks dispatched were not functioning properly.The third truck finally arrived and the work was completed. Check equipment and its condition before send out on a job.

You said you would get the stains out and you did. We had a coupon and you honored it, you didn't try to up the price or scam us in any way, like so many companies do now a days. To me the most important thing you did was have a good fair price and provided a quality service that I can be satisfied with recommending you to other friends, family and customers of mine.

I paid expensive cleaning on my couches and carpet to remove cat urine odor but the urine odor is still there. I don't see that you do anything different from other carpet cleaning company. Also, I support to receive the Estilo Gaucho Brazilian Steakhouse Gift Card after 3 days of service rendered. I will have not receive anything. What is the deal?
