I really like the way your company cleans my carpets. We have had your company out many times. My complaint is that every time there is a promotion we never get the rebate or the coupons. Good service for a good price. The carpet was cleaned very well and left the rooms smelling fresh an clean. My only complaint is that the technician who came to the house stated a much higher cost for cleaning a couch than had been quoted on the phone. This was resolved in my favor, but I do not understand how the two estimates could have been so far apart.

One thing I don't understand...I ask the operator for a quote to clean my AC units and duct work. She said it would be approx. $2,000!!! I called your competitor and they are coming out to clean both units and the return vents for $500.00.
My tech, Kyle went above and beyond- although the regular treatment would not remove some strains, he offered me a more extensive service. Although it doubled my cost, he managed to pull 80% of the stains out. He labored but did it with a smile. He's a good representative of your company. Not many like him these days
