This is the second time that we have used Zerorez and we are very pleased both times.

Many of the normal pet spots that should have come up did not - so much for carpet looking like new. The tech did not seem to care and all he wanted to do was finish up and get out of here. He tried to leave without doing to the tile. Also, your way off on the drying times - it took about 6 hours to complete dry, not the 2-3 the tech said it would.

All your people were great, and seemed to take real pride in their work. We had an issue where the carpet had some dirty areas left, and your tool left marks on the carpet that would not go away (looked like stripes due to the design of the tool). Miguel came out by himself and was here just a short time, but when he left, our carpet looked fabulous, and still does! We have used Stanley Steemer every three or four months for years, and they never got the carpet as clean as it is now.

Carpet cleaning is great, with no soapy residue remaining, or very soppy carpets. We purchased filters a year ago, and are very pleased. Prompt service. Wish I could get closer to my preferred time, though.

Honestly I would like my money back. I was under the impression that only water that had gone through a special process was used, but have been told since that an organic salt was added to increase the efficiency of this process. Online I quickly found this organic salt to be Sodium Hydroxide. It may be "natural", but it's very caustic.
I have chemical sensitivities, and my place still smells of this organic salt, and it's irritating to my lungs and throat.

The technician who was here Monday to re-clean the carpet did an excellent job. He was even able to remove the lip pencil marks that were not removed during the previous cleaning. Thank you for having someone return to re-clean the carpet and for providing the level of service to which I have become accustomed having used your company exclusively.

The carpet was not nearly as clean as before when we have used your services.The carpet was wet for 9 or 10 hours afterward even with ceiling fans and large floor fans blowing on the carpet.

I thought the cleaning would clean up my carpet better than it did. It still left a few spots in the carpet.
