Very clean and beautiful without heavy chemicals...Technician very thoughtful, thorough and spent time to explain each process and recommendation for my homes sprecific needs and the cost of each. He was very careful with my home and did a beautiful job on my floors as well as making my furniture look almost neew again. I am very pleased and will not use any other service as Zerorez is the best!

I was told that my bathroom tile would be cleaned and sealed for a set price, your service tech said the price was only for cleaning and the seal would be extra, a little more clarity would be appreciated

The man who came mislead me on the cost and I spent way more than I thought we agreed upon. Then I called customer service and he seemed to tell me I got a great deal and was a little condescending. Not happy with misleading service man and the customer service was not real friendly.

The carpet looked fine but the house smelled like bleach. In addition there were two very large puddles in the carpet that were soaked through and are still wet over 24 hours later
The carpets are so much cleaner, and I appreciate not having all the harsh chemicals that other companies use.
I had to work to much, 1 tech is not right, he also use a spot cleaner in dining area, It left clean spots, so the soiled rug isn't clean. If he had a cleaner that would brighten the area that was 2' x 4' he should have sprayed the whole area. now it looks funny.

I like that there is nothing harmful for my family and pets. Also, that the carpets look fabulous when they are done and don't take as long as other companies to dry!
My bill was much higher than expected. I was charged the $29.00 for 3 rooms and a higher price for the others. I expected more for the living room but for the bedrooms, I only had the walk areas cleaned. For a circular rug under my kitchen table, I was charged $79.00. The rug didn't even cost that much new. I usually just spray it down on our patio and let it dry. The person did a good job buy I had requested Roy. I was told he would do it. Yes, I was disappointed overall.
The servicemen were very courteous and did a very good job. I thought they did a better job in our bathroom than last year. They answered all of our questions.

Technician told renter that if we went with Fiber Protection (4 rooms x $20 ea) he would do the stairs for free. When I received billing statement, we were charged for both Fiber protection ($80) AND stairs (($60). I immediately called Customer Service. Representative told me she would talk to a supervisor and have someone call me back. No return call (2 days).
He explained everything very thoroughly. He was efficient and the thing I like the most is that 2 days later, my rugs look amazing! Well Done! I will definitely call you again. :)
